Emi was a gracious and attentive host and truly one of the best we’ve had. She went above and beyond by picking us up when the bus didn’t stop where expected, and personally drove us to the property. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and even more stunning than the photos suggest. It’s the perfect escape from the stress of city life. There is one restaurant and a small neighborhood market within walking distance. For guests without a car, this may be a consideration depending on your needs. A word of caution: the interior stairs can be slippery, especially when wearing socks. I unfortunately took a fall during our stay and was injured. I recommend using footwear with grip, such as water shoes, when indoors to help prevent accidents. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay, and Emi remains a 10/10 host.

My stay at Lake Iseo in the apartment at Inga and Paolo's was absolutely wonderful! The apartment has a great location, close to the lake and charming restaurants, which makes everything within easy reach. The hosts, Inga and Paolo, took care of every detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We felt at home there and we will definitely come back at the earliest opportunity! I highly recommend it to all those who are looking for the perfect place to relax.

My husband and i stayed here on our honeymoon and it was our favourite place. The hosts were so incredibly warm and welcoming. From communicating before we arrived about the strikes and train issues to helping us book our transportation home and having the most lovely gift and hand painted welcome card for our honeymoon upon our arrival it was all heavenly. They are the kindest humans. The views from the apartment are stunning and the private location is a quick walk away from town - it’s nice not to be in tourist central! There are also private beaches for lake access and the best restaurant across the street. It was all a dream and we will definitely be back!!

Loved our stay. Truly a beautiful and quiet part of the lake. The flat was perfect for two and we loved being able to just step outside for a dip in the lake. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with our stay. A wonderful location. Luca was so helpful in meeting us to escort us to the property as it is located in a no drive /traffic section. We could not ask for anything more. Luca was always helpful, answering our questions and helped us to manage parking. The property has the most beautiful views. We would highly recommend. Our experience was wonderful and can’t wait to return!

What an incredible stay! Michele’s place has everything you need to feel at home, all in an amazing location. There are enough amenities nearby such as the convenience store and 2 restaurants/bars, along with bus stops and even the dock for ferries across the lake. This is the second time I stayed at a Design Studio apartment. It was just as fantastic as the first time. The apartment was extremely spatial, clean, updated and quiet. The view and outside balcony were of the mountains and Lake Como. The scenery was so amazing. The communication with Design studio was excellent. They always answered questions right away. Also, Design Studio was great with giving tips on what to do in Bellano. I recommend Design Studio with the highest ratings.

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

What a special place…. We just loved everything about staying here for a month. It is a peaceful, secure and beautiful setting. Inside: absolutely everything you need for your stay, either short or long term. A light filled and comfortable lounge, great dining space and a very well equipped kitchen that had oils, dressings, spices, etc everything you require for home cooking. Upstairs is spacious and has plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom was very comfortable and plenty of spare bedding, sheets, towels etc.. great water pressure for shower, which is over the bath. Outside: this is where the magic happens! The patio… stunning views of the lake and Monte Isola, plenty of seating and a beautiful place to have breakfast, lunch and aperitivo. Beautiful rambling gardens and a gentle walk to the jetty for a swim in the lake. We would highly recommend Daniela’s home, where you will receive a very warm and friendly welcome. We look forward to returning x

We were immediately very warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the first moment! Since we were stuck in traffic for an incredibly long time, we couldn't buy bread for the next morning. Daniel gave us a freshly baked bread, which was awesome and we appreciated it a lot. We were treated very warmly and enjoyed the short time on site very much! Thank you!

The accommodation was really beautiful and partly really cutely furnished. Communication with the host worked out great. However, you should be aware that the path to the accommodation deviates greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute peace and a dreamlike environment.

Such an amazing place right at the lake side, so peaceful & beautiful. Apartment was clean, tidy, very bright, we enjoyed big windows. Chirping of the birds early morning while having coffee on the terrace was music for our ears. We celebrated mini honeymoon here & did not regret. Only thing we regret is not staying longer. This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

Great studio, very clean and as described, a very well thought out space. Hosts have really thought of everything you might need. Great communication. Would recommend you consider the stairs and ceiling height if you are tall.

Cozy and spacious apartment in a great location. Friendly and caring host. The best way to find the place by car is at the restaurant mentioned in the instructions. The address of the apartment led me to the small streets. Overall, I can recommend!

We had a great stay. Arriving by ferry, almost opposite the apartment, Gian was waiting to greet us. The apartment is just as described, perfect for a few nights. Gian offered us lots of suggestions, including tips for the hiking we planned to do up the mountain, which was amazing. A beautiful place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay 😊 the flat and the views are absolutely gorgeous!! In a quieter area of lake Como, but it is an absolute gem. Still plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and a little shop as well. There is a wonderful bar/cafe a 10 min walk down the lake front, which is the best place I’ve had my morning coffee. Musso will now be our base for future visits to Lake Como - there are few tourists but a 10 min drive to Menaggio where you can catch the ferry to Como, Bellagio and Varenna (among others). We didn’t go to Como, but Varenna and Bellagio were each a 15 min boat ride. Simone was extremely helpful with recommendations, and also when we extended our trip for a few days. You must catch the sunrise on the balcony - it is magical, as is the whole place! Plenty of parking, and a little beach right infront of the apartment. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back. Great view of the lake, clean apartment. The area is also great to explore by car! Without it, it's rather difficult, as the place is unfortunately not really walkable. We had a very relaxing and beautiful vacation there!

Paola & Dante are such wonderful hosts. They offered us transfers to/fro train station which is a bonus especially after a 16.5hrs flight. Apt is spacious & clean with perfect location. Highly recommend!
