at the secret corner of the city of water

located in a tipical north italian old buiding, it looks actually cozy and modern inside. it's a brand new loft which has been designed for making us feeling good. in the lobby there are 2 glass door for the sunlight. a washmachine and a microwave. in the kitchen we have all that a couple may need. the tv's are 2 one satellite in the living room and one smart in the bedroom. our life is made of music, that's why we have 2 hifi systems one in the living room and another one bose in the bedroom. just let us know you love it too, so we may show you how to enjoy it. wifi connection is the fibre channel 300 megabit. upstairs we have a mini walk-in closet that you may use for luggages as well as your own clothes according to italian soul we believe in hospitality and we feel being empatethic, so the interaction with guests may be a lovely surprise... just whether our guests don't mind. we love our corner of milano because it's unique. it's not venice, it's not amsterdam, but it's however fashinating because of the pedestrien ciclying lane which goes on through the lovely old bridges, the people running and ciclying along the leonardo's naviglio the apartment is located in a 200 years old cinematic building, a few steps from metro 1 (turro) which is along viale monza where you can find supermarket 24/7, restaurants, bars, bakery and whatever service no gas, no fire in the kitchen as well as in the rest of the house. for our safe we prefer to use induction hob which we may show you how to use by a simple illustration as per all the airbnb apartments and hotels inside the city of milano it's required to pay an official city tax which consists on €3 per night per person.

The view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment is fine. We chose to take a taxi the first day with our luggage from the train station with Rita, which is also recommended by the accommodation. As new arrivals, we felt a little cheated when the cost was 20 EUR. It is certainly a difficult road up to the accommodation, but with reasonable fitness you can walk the rocky and steep shortcuts if you do not drag luggage. The bus timetables were difficult to understand, so we chose to go up and down.

We have many positive impressions of our stay at Marco's loft in Como 😁. He allowed us to check in a bit early and was there to explain everything. He was very generous with his time describing the loft and giving us local directions and recommendations. The loft was great with my children loving the wii and the retro arcade games. There were very generous provisions of kitchen supplies, linen, toiletries and cleaning products. We could walk to everything including train stations, supermarkets, the ferry and funicular. We are very appreciative of Marco and Stefy for providing accommodation that is affordable and suitable for a large family of six.

Luisa is a wonderful hostess who has been a noticeable concern from the first message to the farewell that we feel comfortable. She told us where best to park, picked us up at the ferry and showed us everything and even brought delicious homemade cookies in between:-), that was SO nice. As mentioned in the description, there is no WiFi in the apartment and also the heater is not turned on. The apartment is pleasantly clean and equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. The terrace is fantastically beautiful and we enjoyed the evenings there.

We loved our stay at Alessio’s property, it had everything we needed and was walking distance to the metro line that takes you straight into the heart of Milan. The home is very well located, in one of the best regions of Milan to stay, close to bars and restaurants in a safe region. The downside is that there were many instructions to read (a multi-page pdf), which made communication poorly objective, especially for those who are traveling to different places and stay in multiple accommodations. The most important information could be more summarized. It was also somewhat bureaucratic to check in through a website of its own… it seems to me to be a very professional group, and I understand that this is part of their internal organization, but again it makes things unobjective for those who are staying in various places. The standard checkout times (10 am) is too early, but kindness has extended us another hour. It must be catered for the amount of water available limited for the bath (this information could be more evident). The hostess was very kind and helpful.
