Perfect location in the center of the town, while still very quiet. This is not a classic AirBNB apartment per se. It is a part of what is called Albergho Diffuso in Italian. It is a number of apartments in the nearby buildings under same management. There is a formal reception area and a formal breakfast room in 1 min walk from the room.

We stayed one night with our two dogs, communication was good with Silvia. We were happy to wake up with the sunrise and amazing view from the balcony.

Top emplacement malgré l’absence de parking privé donc entraîne de nombreux surcoût si on vient en voiture mais l’hôte prévient. Manque de retour sur l’équipement disponible. Pour le reste le logement est propre et bien entretenu c’était agréable

I had an amazing stay at La Casa Di Alice! The place is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. There’s daily cleaning service, which made everything feel even more comfortable and luxurious. Letizia, the administrator, is incredibly friendly and responsive—she made everything so easy and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Truly a 11/10 stay—highly recommend!

Het verblijf is rustig gelegen, maar op korte afstand van de boulevard en het meer. Ook de supermarkt is om de hoek. Het centrum is dichtbij. Qua ligging dus een echte aanrader. In Cannobio is veel te doen. Wandelingen, aan het strand liggen, winkeltjes, lekkere restaurants… In het appartement was alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Je kijkt uit op de binnenkoer en dat is een leuk zicht. Er is geen terras bij het appartement, maar je kan gebruikmaken van de koer en twee gemeenschappelijke balkons die in ons geval altijd vrij waren. Er is geen airco, maar dat viel ons goed mee. Overdag lieten we de luikjes toe en in de avond deden we de ramen open om de kamer te verfrissen. Handdoeken zijn aanwezig! Wat een pluspunt is. Het enige minpunt is dat de wifi niet werkte bij ons. Wij zouden dit verblijf iedereen aanraden!

Excelente lugar, muy buena ubicación un vecindario tranquilo y fácil de llegar, los espacios muy limpios y agradable.

Die Wohnung war überraschend groß und die Einrichtung modern und recht neu, bequemes Bett. Wie einige andere schrieben ist der Schlaf/Wohnbereich recht dunkel, was für alte norditalienische Häuser aber normal ist. Dafür war die Küche mit dem Esstisch ausgesprochen hell. Absolut zu empfehlen für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen! Der nächste Supermarkt ist 30km entfernt. Wer also etwas essen möchte, muss vorher einkaufen. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Porlezza. Gerade der umzäunte Garten in Seenähe war optimal für unseren Hund. Das Apartment selbst beinhaltete alles Notwendige. Die Kommunikation mit Paul war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können das Apartment weiterempfehlen. 😊

Beautiful place with nice views and fantastic surroundings. Easy to reach with public transport. Lakes and mountains offer fantastic walks and hikes and can be reached by foot. No shop in town so remember to pick up groceries before you get there. Also, its not a chalet. It's a modern flat made to look like a chalet. ;-)

Es war ganz wunderbar in der wunderschönen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung war toll und alle Materialien absolut hochwertig! Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Struttura decisamente nuova. L'appartamento era dotato di uno splendido terrazzo con una vista sui tetti della città decisamente suggestiva. Spazi ben arredati, puliti e funzionali. Nulla da eccepire. Nella comunicazione migliorerei i tempi di risposta in assistenza telefonica o tramite messaggi. Durante il nostro soggiorno è scattato l'allarme anti-incendio e la comunicazione con il servizio di supporto è stata piuttosto lenta. Unico piccolo neo di un soggiorno, per il resto, perfetto

What can I say? This place was absolutely amazing and has every modern appliance and amenity you can think of. Not to mention Beir in the fridge and wine on the table. So many nice touches in a cute, quiet town. So happy we decided to stay in St. Niklaus. Our favorite was the Nespresso machine and incredible views on the balcony! So very cozy!

One of the best places I've stayed! Super clean (even under the bed) and very safe for female travellers. All staff that we encountered during our stay were so so nice and friendly. While the location is kinda far away from MXP airport, the Metro is literally at the doorstep and is super near to the city center. Highly recommend!
