Holiday rentals with a patio in Ticino

The host was quick to return messages and the room was clean!

Costanza's place was exactly as described. Large and airy. Very clean and check in was very easy. The apartment is located just a minutes walk to a metro stop and right across the street from a nice park. On Saturdays there is a large locale street market in that same area. That was a nice surprise. One of the best things about staying here was how kind and considerate Costanza is. She was always willing to help answer questions and made us feel that our experience in Milan really mattered to her. She's a great hostess.

Ana's place was in a nice area and very clean inside. It was a 15 minute walk from the train station through nice walkable streets and areas. The checkin process was done through an automated system and had clear instructions and details. We would recommend her place to others coming to Milan and would stay there again ourselves.

The loft was very homey and nicely decorated/furnished. Marco and Lydia were also very welcoming. There was lots of space. And the small garden in front of the loft, made it feel secluded from the noise of the city. There are also many possible public transportation options close by. I can recommend this accommodation.

Apartment is really beautiful and modern. There is great pizza place literally across the street. 10min from metro station Corvetto. Salvatore is a great host; responded on all our messages and questions very fast. Definitely recommending this amazing place! 😀

The apartment is in a strategic location, a stone's throw from the metro, very fast to the airport, a stone's throw from the San Siro stadium, a stone's throw from the racecourse and a stone's throw from City Life. In the surroundings, there are bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, and everything that can be useful for your stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, Davide the owner an exquisite person who welcomed us with all the possible care and kindness. Check-in and check-out was very simple. We will consider staying here again if we return to Milan.

Beautiful apartment in walking distance of everything to do in Milan. Also conveniently located near several metro stations. The outside terrace is perfect for meals and hanging out outside.

The stay in Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, it is very quiet. We will definitely come back to this apartment!! Thank you for everything, Chiara💖

Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

Had a great at relaxing evening here on my way through town. Check in was extremely easy and the views were tremendous!

Set in the heart of beautiful countryside, with incredible views of mountains and vineyards from the apartment, Casa Cola is a truly magical place. Joanna and her family so friendly and accommodating. We left feeling very relaxed (a rare treat when travelling with 2 children!) and there is so much in the are to explore for all ages. We can’t wait to come back and stay again soon!

Laura and Simone's apartment scores with a really good location. You can quickly reach the metro or the lively Navigli district. We particularly enjoyed the small, charming terrace in the green backyard - perfect for starting the day with an espresso. The fold-out sofa was surprisingly cozy for a sofa bed, which allowed for a pleasant sleep. Communication with Laura and Simone was always excellent: very friendly, fast and accommodating. A small point that bothered us personally was the very strong perfume smell of the towels and bed linen. In our opinion, less fragrance would have been better. The garage is also quite narrow, which should be noted. With our Skoda Octavia, getting out was already very tight. Despite these small comments, we had a very nice stay and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a trip to Milan.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.

This is a great apartment in an amazing location - just a very short walk from Milano Centrale station. Comfortable bed, all of the essentials provided, and has a cute little balcony. Highly recommend staying here when in Milan! Thanks for hosting us, Michele.
