Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ticino

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions we asked, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was all very clean and cozy. Monica was very friendly, hospitable and helpful. She gave us great tips for excursions in the area and was always available when we needed something. The house is very cozy and the view from the garden and the balcony is fantastically beautiful. We really enjoyed our vacation and would be happy to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay at Daniele’s house in Como. He was very helpful and responsive—he sent us a video guide for the self check-in and explained everything in detail, which made the process easy and smooth. The apartment is located on the second floor, please expect a few stairs to get to the house. However, the location is convenient, with both the train station and bus stop within walking distance. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided breakfast and snacks. Thank you, Daniele, for hosting us—we really enjoyed our stay!

We had an early morning flight out of the Milan airport. Silvia's place was the perfect location for the last night of our Italian vacation - a short and easy drive to the airport. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and has comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Silvia went out of her way to bake a delicious cake for our early breakfast. She was very responsive to our questions and accommodating with our check in.

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location, but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

Stefania was very kind and helpful from the beginning and flexible in the check-in and check-out times, the apartment has all the comforts, kitchen equipped with everything, clean bathroom and spare towels at will, quiet but strategic location to reach Milan, we were by car and even the parking is easy to find, we absolutely recommend booking with Stefania.

Alessandro was a spectacular host. During our short visit to Milan, his customized list of restaurants and things to do around town was incredibly helpful. The flat is in perfect walking distance to the Duomo, fine shops, and Parco Sempione and Alessandro went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of during the visit. There is a rail adjacent to the flat, so be mindful that this is very much an urban experience — which didn’t bother us too much. Cheers to a 5-Star host. We’re grateful to have crossed paths with Alessandro.

The best apartment we have stayed in over 35 stays in Italy over 7 years. The additional touches (cake, fruit, milk etc) ensured that this stay was unique in our eyes. A beautifully renovated apartment that was central to all Torino has to offer. Can’t rate high enough

I can’t think of a better place for my family of four to spend our last night in Italy before flying home the next day from MXP. The village is so peaceful and beautiful, and Gianni and Emanuela’s place is so cozy and comfortable. We arrived in the afternoon, enjoyed a walk around town, had the best spritz in the local bar with a beautiful view. We had a delicious meal in the local restaurant. We had a great night’s sleep in the comfy beds. Emanuela also provided us transport back to MXP at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend!!

The house, the garden... A little piece of paradise! It was beautiful, quiet, lots of birdsong... We felt very comfortable right away! The breakfast was great, we could express our wishes and every morning there was something new to discover! We could even watch fireflies on this beautiful spot of earth.. We had not noticed when booking that the kitchen may not be used, there are also no cooking utensils available. So we rescheduled and improvised, which was no problem. Thank you Serena and Amedeo for the wonderful time!

We LOVED our stay here! Linda and Luigi were so welcoming and accommodating. We also loved the location, we were able to walk to many restaurants and enjoyed the slower pace of the village. It was easy to access via bus station. The homemade breakfast was UNBELIEVABLE… I already miss the warm croissants.

Fantastic! Even more beautiful than in the pictures! Incredible view of the lake, a very nice private garden, a clean beautiful apartment with everything you need! Paola is very hospitable and tries to do everything. We were particularly pleased with the breakfast and the delicious cakes. We had a very nice, albeit short, time here. A clear recommendation! Despite bad weather we had a awesome time, Como is a beautiful place, and Carna is a helpful, service minded and friendly host. Always fast to fulfil any request and help in anyway possible. The location is stunning and the rooms, common areas and pool are very nice. The takeaway food from the local restaurant (provided by Carna) was very good! I would recommend anyone to visit!

Our stay at this charming apartment just south of Lake Como was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better – incredibly easy to reach, yet wonderfully calm and quiet. It serves as the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking surrounding mountains, enjoying the beauty of Lake Como, or simply embarking on a hike straight from its doorstep. What truly made our stay special was our super lovely host, Barbara. She was incredibly welcoming and warm, and her dog, Lucio, immediately became friends with our own furry companion! And let's talk about the breakfast – it was simply divine! Barbara and her son provided everything you could possibly wish for, from delicious homemade goat cheese to incredible Apfelstrudel. We will definitely come back!
