This space is an appartment, not a house. There are other tenants in the building. It was perfect for what we needed. There is a great view of the bay. The parking is difficult if you have a vehicle, but i imagine this is the case wherever you are in the city. The hosts are lovely and incredibly helpful. The location of the apartment seemed safe and we didn't have any issues.

We stay in airbnbs for work travel almost monthly. This is by far the most special house. The beds are so comfortable! That is a rarity. It's a fun house with tons of games and a great yard. I can't say enough about how great this house is. You can tell from the start how much the host puts into making sure his guests have a great time.

A picturesque getaway! The property was so beautiful, the house was charming and laid out perfectly for multiple guests. We enjoyed every minute of our time in Sonoma. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in a great location! Close to Dolores Park and public transit. Valencia neighborhood is just a few streets over and is a great walkable spot to explore. House was artfully decorated, and the back deck had an incredible view of the city. Highly recommend!

Mel’s place was wonderful! Mel communicated with us prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for local restaurants. She made sure to put the lights on for us because we were coming in late in the evening. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. Would highly recommend Mel’s place!

We recently stayed at a quaint Airbnb that offered a unique combination of vintage charm and contemporary amenities. From the moment I arrived, I was taken by its characterful architecture, reminiscent of a bygone era. The exterior spoke volumes with its classic brick façade and delightful front porch adorned with cozy patio furniture. Upon stepping inside, I was welcomed into a homey living space that beautifully maintained its historical essence while incorporating all the comforts of modern living. The original hardwood floors and exposed wooden beams whispered tales of the past, creating an inviting warmth that modern builds often lack. The kitchen was a modern with stainless steel appliances yet there was a sense of nostalgia with the charming farmhouse ambiance. There were 6 beautiful patios and tall trees surrounding the house providing lots of spaces to enjoy the outdoors. We give it 5 stars ⭐️ plus accommodation.

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Wow, wow, wow! We cannot say enough about how incredible this stay was. The setting is even more beautiful than the pictures, host & property manager are helpful & responsive, & amenities were great! In addition to the stunning home, it has everything you could possibly need. As an added bonus, beds were so comfy & luxurious. Cannot recommend enough!

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

What a lovely house! In particular we enjoyed the expansive and fully-fenced outdoor space with our doggos and kiddos - pictures don't really quite do it justice. The pool house worked as a separate nest for the teenagers, while adults used the two bedrooms in the main building. Location is pretty perfect, with just a 5min drive to Sonoma downtown and easy access to main roads. Our host was extremely communicative, and even helped return an item we forgot at the house promptly and without delay. Hope to visit again!

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

Jeff is always so responsive and makes one feel at home. The unit is very well equipped, with really pretty decorative accents and comfortable. Loads of room to cook, sit at a dining table or counter, and there is a pool shared with one other unit. I had been here before and was happy to return again!

I absolutely adore this beautiful home away from home. Carey has taken care to make sure the guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Sitting on the private deck with a view of the Pacific Ocean… it just doesn’t get any better! The comfortable bed and nice linens with the sound of ocean waves, guarantees a great night’s sleep. Last but not least the flower garden is soooo beautiful and lush. The numerous birds, butterflies and bees are clearly as happy as I am there. I can hardly wait for my next visit back!

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

Staying on this boat in Alameda was an unforgettable experience. The location was peaceful and beautiful with gentle waves and sunset right outside our door. The boat itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We even had a seal pop up to say hello during our anniversary weekend. The host was communicative and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this unique experience to anyone looking for something special!

Gem of a beachhouse, on a quiet street, just a short walk from the beach. Clean, tastefully decorated cabin and loved the peaceful back garden and front patio to enjoy the sun as well.

The bluebird day cottage truly was a private retreat in nature. The outside was just as stunning as the inside of the house. Everything was comfortable with choices of where to sit depending on where the sun was shining. The art, furniture, linen & kitchen supplies were top of the line. There was a dog bed for our pup, a fully fenced in yard, a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, everything we needed to make it feel like home. We were so comfortable that we felt like we didn't have to "do" anything. We enjoyed the solitude, quiet with sounds of nature, the views of trees & mountains, the green and the deep blue skies! Just a decadent experience!

Kelly and Matt's home is the perfect SF getaway--private, well-located, comfortable, spacious, safe, and more. From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable mattress, tasteful décor, and great selection of bath products on hand, it is clear that the hosts pay close attention to the smallest details in order to make visitors feel welcome and at home. My husband and I stayed there for four nights and would definitely come back again. We highly recommend this space to others!

This was a gem of an airbnb! The space is beautifully put together, very clean and comfortable - I almost didn't want to leave it! The location can't be beat - just steps away from Castro and a short walk over to Dolores Park/mission. Cory was extremely pleasant to communicate with, super helpful and eager to be a resource, and very proactive in addressing a next door neighbor's construction mess. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to any future guests!

We love Maki's place! Quiet, comfortable & the dogs are a hoot. Maki is thoughtful, kind and generous. She helped us find a great ride to the airport, brought us ice when we arrived, and was available on site any time during our stay. The kitchen is beautifully appointed; we love to cook and every possible pan and utensil was available to us. In addition there was good salt and pepper on the counter and the one thing you can't stock for yourself while traveling, a fresh bottle of olive oil. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to the entrance to Golden Gate Park, where you enter (on 14th street) through the Rose Garden. Amazing stay. We're already booking again!
