Holiday rentals with a patio in Tibas

Was pretty good overall. The place was clean, they left soap which was great since we needed to wash some stuff, Its a really good condo to stay near San Jose

This was a lovely stay in a luxury building with amenities. The shades are completely block out the sun.

It was a nice place with all the bells and whistles. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Host Salvador was responsive and attentive.

This place is an absolute gem. I’ve stayed here several times, and each visit has been consistently fantastic. The space is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed — you can tell the host truly cares about the guest experience. The location is perfect, the check-in process is smooth, and the communication with the host is always prompt and friendly. Whether it’s your first time or your fifth, I can’t recommend this place enough. It always feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

that place is great, there is a mini model of the community near the restaurant that will show how it will look in the future. it will be even better. the convenience if the restaurant below, romantic areas, kid friendly spaces, dog friendly spaces makes this place a mini resort. that buildings architecture is the culmination of everything I've learned in school. in that respect I truly enjoyed it. the owner was very nice, communicative, and accommodating. couldn't ask for anything more. I definitely Will come back.

Daniel’s place was nice and with a beautiful view of the mountains and the city. The rooftop area has a gorgeous pool and area to hang out. Definitely will book it again. It is located in a central area with so many possibilities to choose from: outdoor actvities, bars, restaurants, etc. Will definitely book it again.

The best place we've visited in SJ! The place was clean when we arrived. Check-in was easy. Indoor parking is ideal in these rainy seasons. The place is perfectly equipped. Having 1 and 1/2 bathrooms is super convenient. It will definitely become our #1 in East SJ.

Wow! As others have said, this estate is even better in person. The location is great, and the house is just massive. We went with our four kids, and they absolutely loved the house. Extremely comfortable and comes with everything you could possibly need. Everyone involved is incredibly accommodating, and always there if you need assistance. I would certainly come back, and hope to!

We stayed for about a month and the house fit our needs well.The property and neighborhood felt safe. The back garden is private. The kitchen had most things needed to make meals. We used the toaster oven because it worked better than the stove oven. There was grocery shopping and a park with workout equipment nearby. Marcela was very responsive whenever an issue arose which was much appreciated.

This is a beautiful vey nicekt decorated home. It was very comfortable for six adults. There is a restaurant within close walking distance which was excellent. If your in need of acomdations in this area this is a great place to stay.

I've stayed at three different luxury buildings in San Jose and this was by far the best. The location is central, and you have all the trappings of a resort at your disposal: two pools, a gym, sauna and lovely rooftop spaces for working and lounging, with great views. There's an upscale food court across from the building, where everything is excellent, including the coffee at Cafe Etiopia, and even a small convenience store. The place costs a little bit more than some like it, but we were glad to have the two bathrooms. We discovered a bunch of "hidden" amenities, like umbrellas, rain ponchos, and extra chargers. In the kitchen you even have an air fryer, blender, and toaster. Communication with the host was cordial and prompt. We'd not only come back again, but would buy a condo just like this one if we hit the lottery.

A must-see. It is perfectly located but with perfect privacy and tranquility. The Condominium is perfect; it has practically EVERYTHING you need to be at ease. It's a must-see!

This was an amazing staying with amazing hosts. I felt right at home the moment I walked in. The apartment was great and the amenities made it so I did not want to leave.

The apartment is super quiet and has a 10/10 construction quality. The amenities on the terrace are like a 5-star hotel Esteban is a great host, he even went to measure the noise before completing my reservation to ensure there was no noise (I'm a maniac about that). That's getting involved! Thank you so much! The house had all the utensils, and also in my case there was oil, salt, etc. and all that stuff you don't want to go out and buy for a short stay. Comfortable bed It's neither hot nor cold. I have nothing negative to say or suggestions for improvement because the truth is I really didn't find any problems! I'll be back

This place was spectacular. Everything was as described. The pool was beautiful and not overcrowded no matter what time of day. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a good meal even though there is multiple restaurants across the street so you probably won't cook much lol. Silvia was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely stay at one of her properties again.
