Holiday rentals with a patio in Tiaong

The place was accessible, great value for money for a 2-bedroom unit, and had good amenities. It was very spacious. Only one bedroom had air conditioning, but there were plenty of electric fans in each bedroom, kitchen and the living room. I really appreciated that the essentials were provided, such as drinking water and toiletries. Additionally, there were laundry shops just below the unit. We stayed for 3 days as a freelancer, and when I checked the internet speed, it was 10 Mbps. This was sufficient for administrative work, but for those who rely on voice tasks or meetings, they may need a faster connection. We were informed that we could park in front of the dental clinic, but on our last day as we were leaving, we were approached by the clinic owners who told us that parking was only allowed there at night. It wasn’t a deal breaker, though, it didn’t impact our overall positive experience. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Ms. Popo is very nice accommodating and easy to transact with always. We stayed just this May 31 2025, the Unit was so clean, and spacious for us 3 pax. There's also utensils, towels and even toiletries! We also have a parking which is also nice coz it's just in front of the unit. There's also a guard at the lobby. Will booked again for sure if will be in tagaytay. I love our staycation at Ms. Popo unit!

We enjoyed our stay here. Place is more pleasant in reality than in photos. Beautiful surrounding, clean and spacious room. Complete with freebies. Hosts were responsive and provided clear information and instructions.

The place is so clean, near stores when you need to buy foods. Easy access going to tagaytay proper. It is really to the events place that we need to go. Also Leo is very responsive when we need to ask something.

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

Sir Ted is very hospitable. He is very friendly and considerate. It felt peaceful throughout our entire stay. Me and my friend were telling him that we will eventually come back if ever we’re going to Batangas next time. The place was surrounded by trees with fruits. It’s spacious and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place. The amenities are complete and you can’t go wrong with anything.

It was a good place to stay. It is clean and the owners are very responsive. It was my second time and definitely I will go back here again.

Good for a night stay. Though the streets are not properly lighted especially coming back at dark hours. Generally the place is quite.

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

Ms. Ann is very responsive even weeks before check in date. Felt secured staying in a compound with their family. My dad and I had a meaningful conversation with Ate Baby and Kuya Tony (Ms. Ann's parents). Thats probably one of the best "features" I love ☺️ The place is very wide and welcoming too. I love the kitchen. Its complete with all necessary pans and utensils. We enjoyed it very much!

TRUE HOME away from home! ✨🏡 We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were able to relax and celebrate my birthday. 🎉 Good laughs, good foods and memories as a family. Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! Thanks Joey and rest of the team! Hello also to Ayesha- the beautiful baby girl!

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

My apo loves the unit as it has lots of fun toys for kids. He slept well on the sofa bed. Unit was well maintained and very aesthetic. Will definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay in Tagaytay. The room is clean. We love the View outside. The TV screen is big, fast internet connection. The bed sheets are all clean and neat and very comfortable. The host is easy to communicate. Very responsive and friendly. Easy check in. We love the place.

This place offered us exactly what we needed- privacy yet accessible to the city center. The unit was perfect for our little family and the hosts were very responsive and provided us assistance when needed. I loved that we were able to wake up to the cool breeze and sound of nature. We were also able to rest comfortably in between our activities for the day. Definitely worth revisiting for when we travel to Tagaytay again.

It's our 2nd time in Ja's place and it never disappointed me. The place is always so clean and beautiful. I love being there. Will absolutely go back.
