Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Huset er i sig selv enkelt indrettet, men tilgodeser alle dagligdags behov. Min bolig er god til par og velegnet til natur og kulturturisten.

Feel the tranquility of this serene farmhouse with panoramic views of the fjord and the beautiful ice age landscape recognized as UNESCO Global Geopark. The old farmhouse has been modernized in the summer of 2025 with, among other things, new appliances in the kitchen, new beds and duvets, as well as an updated bathroom, new floor in the living room as well as a wood-burning stove. The house includes a spacious garden living room as well as a large garden with a lovely west-facing terrace. The house is within cycling distance to both the beach, forest and several historical attractions.

In the house, there is a double bed, sofa and coffee table and ladder to a small loft. The house is heated with a wood stove, firewood included. Simple kitchen facilities, but it is possible to cook a hot meal. Toilet and bath in the main house, directly at the entrance from the guest house. Stevelvej 2 is a lovely oasis close to the water and lovely tambo houses. The house is located in beautiful nature with lots of wild life right outside the door.. follow the path 200 meters and you stand on the water's edge of the fjord. Here you get the feeling of grandmother's allotment house.. perfect for the small family. The area beckons with plenty of opportunities for e.g. angling, surfing, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, etc. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, restaurant and cafes within 3 km. The whole house is newly renovated and looks nice..

The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.
