New appliances; The fridge, dishwasher and stove are SMEG and the washer and dryer is MIELE. 3 wood-burning stoves for the coziness there are no heat sources. Behind the garden is closed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi, all beds are Horse beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the nicest.

This beautiful and historic landmark from 1933 is located right on the beach. The views are truly breathtaking and the area is very peaceful with the sound of singing birds. There are 2 bedrooms in the house: one, on the ground floor with 2 single beds and a master bedroom upstairs, also with room for 2 people. Charming apartment located in a listed farm house. The apartment is situated in a scenic area 1km from the sea and 10km from the old town of Svendborg. The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.
