The vacation home is very quietly located on the edge of a village and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the area. You can hike directly from the house into the mountains. By car, many other interesting destinations in southern Thuringia and northern Franconia are also within easy reach. There is a supermarket and butcher in the village, while discounters and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a playroom with lots of toys for the kids. Communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet all requests. We enjoyed it very much. If we are in the area again, we will book the place again.

The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

The tiny house is beautiful and cozy! We felt very comfortable right away. We especially liked the quiet location, which invites you to beautiful hikes and pure relaxation. The tiny house has a very modern and pretty furnishings with a lot of love for detail. We were particularly pleased with the fantastic kitchen equipment. The sleeping arrangements were as described and cuddly. If two adults sleep on the sofa bed, one side is a little hard, otherwise everything is great. We had a wonderful stay and will be happy to come back! Leah & Oliver are very helpful and loving hosts.

We had a wonderful time. Great surroundings, less than five minutes and you are right in the forest and on the lake. Beautiful walks and hikes can be done right from the front door. If you like it super clean and sparkling clean in the house, you're probably wrong here. But everything in the frame. The host was very friendly, provided drinks and snacks. The apartment is well equipped, music box, lots of games, everything about kitchen appliances, Netflix account, blankets, .. almost like at home and not like in sterile apartments that seem uninhabited. Very spacious terrace, great sauna, enough space even in the apartment. For dogs great, right in nature, small meadow directly under the terrace also usable. Great location!

Nice space, smooth handling. Communication could be a little more coordinated. There are several contacts with information, some of whom do not cover themselves and ask for information that has already been deposited with Air B&B.

Silke is a very nice hostess. She greeted us and guided us through the apartment. The apartment is totally cozy and superbly equipped. The beds are really great. We were only there one night but would have felt very comfortable for several days. Highly recommended!

Studio Rennsteig is ideal for 2 persons. It is a small, tastefully furnished, modern but cozy attic apartment. There is a spectacular view as the windows look directly into the forest. The beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of space, the kitchen is small but perfectly thought out. The house has a sauna: also perfect for persons 2 persons with music CD, candles and all comforts. The garden is located both in front of and behind the house and is perfectly maintained. Beautiful views of a beautiful meadow from the front yard. One of the things we liked the most is the location: As soon as you walk out the door, you are right in the forest and can take all kinds of walks. Katrin is very helpful, friendly and put a bottle of sparkling wine on the table! Will definitely go back!

We had a magical stay at Christina's place. The location is great for excursions to the countryside and the apartment is great for relaxing. If the bus connections were even better, it would be even more of a dream. But even so, it was magical.

We felt very comfortable in the 6 days in the very clean and cozy apartment. Despite the rainy week, there is a lot to do in the immediate vicinity (maritime museum, terrarium, bunker museum, Goethe House, cinema, ...). In the village itself there is a small butcher shop that sells local products and fires up the grill in the backyard on Wednesdays from 6 PM - thanks Monique for the tip, the Thuringian bratwurst and the steak were very delicious. Overall a very successful vacation, we will be happy to come back.

Beautiful cottage and a great beautiful garden. The area is also incredibly beautiful and within a radius of 1 hour there is much to do.

The place was very clean, allergy friendly as no carpet, no pets, not unnecessary dusters. the shower was nice big and great shower. The tub was also great. The bathroom very new and spacious. You could still install slightly better curtains or blinds in the living room if you are sleeping on the couch. But darkening in the bedroom was quite possible. 1 min. Walking distance to the playground was excellent with our 3 year old. Beautiful playground with a great view. Kitchen and coffee maker were great and well equipped. Radio in the kitchen and a great counter. In the hallway you could put a small dresser as a shelf. All in all, a great apartment for allergy sufferers.

When I checked in, Angelika showed me the place and left me where I can open my tent. The grounds are very large, so you can also have your peace and quiet even if other guests are there. On my last night, I wanted to buy a midnight snack from her store. We got into the conversation and she offered to stay for a glass of wine. Until early at 5 we talked about God and the world. It was a really nice stay on the Aueralm. :)

We stayed here at short notice and had a very nice week. And after a spontaneous riding lesson from our daughter, we will also be happy to come back (must ;-) ).
