The space: Located next to the idyllic Lake Constance, you'll enjoy stunning views from every window. Enjoy a lovely time on the large terrace while taking in the picturesque scenery. The apartment is situated close to the city of Constance, which offers a variety of activities for all ages. You can explore the charming old town, visit museums, or take a stroll along the promenade. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with king-sized beds, walk in closet and plenty of storage space. Bathrooms are modern and luxurious, featuring a large bathtub and two separate showers. High-quality linens and towels are provided for your convenience. The apartment features a modern kitchen fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable seating and lounging as well as a large flat-screen TV, perfect for a relaxing evening in. There is also a dining area that seats up to 8, making it easy to enjoy meals with friends and family. Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The Mediterranean garden with fireplace can also be used. As well as sports equipment such as SUP and others. Even a motorboat can be used for a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have come to the right place! By the way: It's also pleasantly cool here in the summer.

Beautiful 5.5 room family house

Since we have 3 children ourselves, this house is perfectly equipped for families with children. Adults are also welcome. Ping pong table, trampoline, legos, games, etc... everything is available. It has a sauna, sun loungers for outdoors, barbecue bowl with wood and gas grill. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, steamer, kitchen aid, blender, etc. Washing machine, dryer, freezer are also available.
