Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Thurgau

We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located directly on the lake shore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

All are very clean, and there's everything we needed for our week-long stay with a small family . Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. A lovingly furnished apartment with wonderful views of Lake Constance. Ulrich and his wife are super nice and helpful at all times. We had a great time and would book again anytime. The apartment has everything you need and is in a quiet, idyllic location.

The location where the cottage is located is really nice! You have a great view of the Säntis and can start hiking directly from the accommodation. The accommodation was as described, only the curtains were a little too translucent for us. We were on site with two dogs and felt very comfortable :-)

It was a wonderful holiday! We cannot understand the negative reviews. We were on the water every day with the Standup Paddle and one of the rowing boats - yes, the entrance is muddy, but it did not stop us from taking full advantage of this magnificent lake. The garden with all the seating and lounging options - as well as the fire bowl made it a unique experience! We were able to sleep very well in the bed, it is very comfortable and the surroundings are nice and quiet. There is free wood & coffee, as well as some additional utensils such as oils, spices, cloths, dishwashing & towels, that's really great! Barbara was always immediately available when questions arose and she was very friendly. We will come back and are very grateful for this unique spot, directly on the lake, in full idyll and tranquility! Thanks again and see you soon :)

Mathias was friendly and always replied fast if we needed to get more information. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Overall we liked it!

Dunja is a very welcoming, available and remarkably kind host!! The accommodation is close to a train station for free parking and get to Constance quickly, or any other destination Accommodation on the 2nd floor, a living and sleeping room with a pleasant view of Lake Constance. on the landing is enough to heat dishes but does not allow cooking, which is not disturbing on vacation. The shower is also on the landing, the toilets are separated. We had a pleasant stay!!!!!

I highly recommend staying in Regula's beautiful house. We especially enjoyed the winter garden on the cool evenings. But the garden was also simply a dream and beautifully maintained. Always happy to do it again! Thank you, dear Regula!

The space was just like the photos – clean, well maintained and very well located. Roberto was a great host: extremely hospitable and always available if any questions came up. Particularly noteworthy are the sauna with integrated music system as well as the clean hot tub – both have made our stay even more relaxing. The large terrace has plenty of space and plenty of privacy, perfect for unwinding. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

This was one of the BEST apartments I have ever stayed in! It was so cozy and had everything needed for the perfect stay. It was truly the most well stocked apartment I’ve ever stayed in! The fact that it’s technically an attic makes it so charming, especially with the high wooden ceiling and view of surrounding cottages. Both the bed and couch were comfy, and we saved a lot of money cooking at home! We didn’t use the loft, but it’s yet another cute addition to the apartment. Gianna is an incredibly kind and friendly host, and she really made sure we felt welcomed. And before I even realized it, her husband had carried my 50lb luggage up the long winding stairs that led to the apartment! The only single downside is that the apartment is not in the city center so buses and trains have to be used, but the bus stop is across the street! It is well worth staying here, and I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone! ♥️

Excellent place, one of the best we’ve ever been to. Super clean, beautiful view, quiet, best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen. Hosts are available for questions. Luminous, cozy and spacious rooms. A car is almost a must here as there is no public transport close to the house.

We had very much enjoyed our weekend in the house. The location is great, close to the street but very quiet, secluded and with a beautiful view. Communication was great and the check in and out clear and flexible, thank you again!

We were spontaneously allowed to spend an extended weekend in the Bijou sitterblick. The cottage and surroundings have fully met expectations. We particularly enjoyed the beautifully overgrown outdoor area. Very nice and uncomplicated hosts who nurture and maintain their cottage and the surroundings with a lot of love. Great, little cottage in the middle of nowhere – everything you need, but no running water or electricity in the cottage itself. However, you can use the toilet, shower, sockets and fountain 100m further at the house without any problems. I'd love to come back :)

We wanted a place where we could find privacy and peace. Well, that's definitely worked out! Nice quiet place with a view of the city. Too bad we didn't stay longer. The outdoor shower takes some getting used to with warm water, but otherwise it's a very nice place!
