Very nice new house with unique amenities in a quiet subdivision, 130 m2 of living space , fully equipped kitchen, master suite with walk-in shower. Living room 60m2 South facing terrace 1 bedroom with 160/190 bed 1 bedroom with 140/190 bed 1 bedroom with a click-clac 5 minutes from the very dynamic city center with all shops . 15 min from Spain 20 minutes to the beaches Note that there is no washing machine but a laundromat nearby.
