Welcome to southern Ardèche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything is available to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and ball games. The house is the enclosed land, the owners are independent, they have the same entrance gate on the land with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian Chapel. This year we installed a dome.

En Ardèche, proche de la frontière Drôme, village traversé par la via Rhona voie verte pour les vélos et proche de la sortie d'autoroute loriol , coin plutôt calme au milieu des vergers et champs. proche du barrage. Dans une très grande maison, il y a 3 logements entrées indépendantes. Dont cet appartement de 60m2 équipé, ou vous disposez d’une belle terrasse de 20m2. Près des la rivières de l'Ardèche et de la Drôme. Un seul chien accepté.

Our small house will welcome you in all simplicity in the quiet of the Ardèche countryside at an altitude of 350 m (15 minutes from Montelimar). You will find everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, connected TV, WiFi etc... (+Detail in the listing) you can enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in winter and bask in the sun in summer. Over the years we have been striving to improve its comfort, this year the bathroom has been renovated.
