Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Thuận An

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

This place suited my group very well. All bedrooms were comfortable and the house was very clean. It was a little tricky to find the place initially for our group that arrived at different times. The immediate area is residential and a fantastic taste of local life. All the bright lights of the tourist must-sees are a short Grab ride away. Amenities provided at the house were appreciated (incl detergent powder for the washing machine). This is a townhouse and thus there are lots of stairs to be mindful of. I would stay here again.

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

The place was clean and well-equipped with all necessary kitchen and shower amenities, making my stay very comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. Long Thanh city center was also nearby, making it easy to purchase anything I needed. The location was convenient for travel to Ho Chi Minh City as well

We were a little surprised at first by this small driveway and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly accustomed. The place was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

Me and my family are very satisfied during this holiday, everything was just as I expected from the information booked on Airbnb The house is beautiful and the status quo is new as the picture, clean, friendly staffs support quickly. I have changed the check in time but you guys are still very enthusiastic. I would recommend to my friends about this villa very suitable for vacation and small party. Very responsive and helpful host, with helpful explanations and recommendations. We had a little trouble finding the place at first and Thuong was waiting outside, looking out for us. She went out of her way to be helpful. Otherwise it was very easy to get in and out with an automatc pass card (with keycode option). The place was clean, as in the photos, quiet and felt secure - the area I noted was on some of the food tours of the city and is a good place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Vietnam! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of great food and local attractions nearby. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, even arranging for an early check-in to accommodate our 3 AM arrival. Communication was smooth and everything went perfectly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay in Vietnam. Would definitely stay here again!

The room is right, 6 rooms, 6 private toilets, soaking in the middle, there are people who clean the room every day, there is a swimming pool in the middle, recommended

Enjoyed our stay here. Great Location, near the metro stop and also near so many cafes, restaurants and shops. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of five, and stylish interior too.

The host is very nice, the room is very clean and tidy, each bedroom has a private bathroom, very convenient

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

Sang was an amazing host. He was happy to accomodate our requests and was proactive with his communications. We did not feel a need to step out for our daily essentials as it was already provided to us for a minimal fee. The pool was clean and a daily maid would ensure the house is cleaned. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends wanting to spend their time in Ho Chi Minh!

It was clean and the facilities were very good. It was a bit of a pity that one of the eight rooms was on the outside of the house. Everything else was satisfactory.
