Townhome holiday rentals in Thủ Đức City

Duc (host) and truc (caretaker) were extremely helpful to assist us in settling in even though Duc was away in a far away country he communicate via video to ensure smooth transition. The place is new (we were the first visitors) and looks very much more impressive than the photos posted. # have a Sauna that was not even mentioned in the posting. All equipment and furnishing are brand new and top of the line. Nice quiet neigbourhood in an uptown estate but a short walk to local eataries and market. A short ride by taxi brought us to a modern shopping mall with great restaurants and shops. Thanks for the great place!

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

It actually felt like I am at my home in India. Everything was so easily accessible and commute is also very convenient. Will definately visit again.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

I booked this hotel on behalf of my dad. He shared that the place felt like a 4-star hotel. Moana was the perfect host. She went out of her way to welcome him and to ensure everything was nice. He definitely recommends her place.

I really like this place. This was my second time there. The rooms is comfortable, lovely and has everything you need. Also the area is quiet nice with a local living around, restaurants and bar. The café downstairs is also pretty nice. I’ll come back!

Very friendly host, lovely neighbourhood and quiet room - definitely recommendable, also for long-term stay! :)

At first, it was a choice that only took into account the price and location without expectation, so I only booked for 3 days for a total of 8 days, and that was the best mistake of this trip. It's a great place to stay for solo travelers. The promotional photos are old, so it makes sense that it's worse than it actually is.. I hope to quickly replace the promotional photos by making the lights pretty. The air conditioner is good, the hot water comes out, and there is a water purifier on the first floor in the fridge. At this price, the elevator... If you sleep well at dawn, the bed doesn't seem to be bad. I'm an employee.. There's a restaurant called Bean There nearby, and the pasta is crazy. And it's insane with an Instagram. Be sure to go. It's decorated like a mini opera hall, but local influencer-like friends occupied by each floor.

It was a great location, you can definitely appreciate the aesthetic of a comfy house. It was a walking distance to Bui Vien and Ben Thanh market. There were construction ongoing throughout the nights when I stayed, I guess there some road repairs at that time.

Everyone is great except for being a little far from the city center. It was clean and well organized, and I felt the host's care, including a porch tea table, and a set of nostalgic towels. The host's whole family was friendly and communicative, and we had no trouble communicating.
