Highly recommend the Birch Abode. Nice quiet location, but still only a short bike ride or drive from the central village and pool. The house was well clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the excellent kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Shay's place while skiing at Mt. Bachelor. There were even fresh flowers there when we arrived!

Peaceful, quaint, nice views of the lake - just perfect. This place is more like a row of mini houses - unlike other places we stayed on this trip that were a guest house of someone's home or the lower level. The unit was perfect ! We thought we were getting a queen bed and we had a king. It was super comfortable! The pillows were perfect as well. We had a great patio, a view of the lake, nice privacy and a lovely all-around setting. Theresa was very friendly, saw us as we drove in and directed us to our home for the night. I saw there were row seat-boats (?)/peddle boats that you could take out onto the water. I can imagine how nice it will be during summer for those types of activities. I enjoyed a nice walk along the lake, then crossed the road to the paved walking trail. It was about a 1 hour drive to Crater Lake. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect spot for our first family trip to Sunriver! We loved the location of this home, with easy access (by bike, on foot, or by car) to the restaurants and pools of Sunriver. Interior of the home is spotless and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed for cooking, entertainment, games and relaxation was provided. Would definitely come back. Thanks!

Although we didn't use the garage facilities it was great that he had all the games to play. Liked the choice of bikes. Liked the fact he had basketballs and discs even though we didn't get to play. Maybe fix the kitchen aerator. I couldn't find the instructions to the pellet stove, but really didn't need it. Good trip, good weather, saw a lot of our relatives who live around here. Enjoyed the home.

We had a wonderful stay at this home—perfect for our family vacation with three of us and our dog. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to fantastic restaurants and plenty of activities. We enjoyed the pool and watching movies on the large TV in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to unwind. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already hoping to return next year!

We had a lovely time staying here! So close to the SHARC, and lots of toys for the kiddos. Plus there was lots of fun games and puzzles. Hot tub was great. We would definitely come back.

Wanna very nice place to stay? Have to look real hard to beat this place. Very nicely done inside. And views of the Deschutes River puts the icing on the cake.

Tracy's beautiful luxury cabin exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed walking around the pristine lake, starting our day in the hot tub, cooking in the evening and enjoying meals with family. The cabin is close to Bend and to beautiful nature sites. Russell was communicative and went out of his way to accommodate my family’s needs. We chose the home for its great location and flexibility—and it didn’t disappoint. Even when I needed to bring a trailer, it wasn’t an issue. The place itself is charming and just off the water. Anytime we needed something, Russell was quick to respond. The pull-out couch made it comfortable for both my sister and me, plus my furry little girl felt right at home too.

Beautiful location and a very unique , modern house! The area was quiet but close to a couple stores, a restaurant and a food truck lot! Bend was close as were the national parks. Would definitely recommend!!

We were in town for a baseball tournament so we were looking for a place to accommodate our family and still be close enough to the baseball field. This place popped up and we knew immediately this was where we wanted to stay. We didn’t know how much downtime we would have but we knew that whatever time we had this was peaceful and beautiful. Aaron and LaDona were perfect with all the communications and very responsive to questions. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here when in the area.

This was a perfect little getaway spot for us. The space was easy to settle into and there was plenty of space to use in the kitchen and living spaces. The unit was very clean and not cluttered in its decor! We would def come again to visit! The hosts were very friendly and responsive to our questions as well!

Stayed at the Sunriver House for Memorial Day Weekend. It was very well stocked and we enjoyed access to and use of the paddle boards and kayaks. It's a beautiful house and everything was clean upon arrival. Highly recommended.

This is a great stay for visiting the area. We stayed for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The house has literally everything you need and the beds are comfortable. We felt at peace with the surrounding land while also being close to restaurants and mt bachelor. Love this place and would definitely stay here again. It’s a great spot. Definitely stay here if you get the opportunity.

We had a beautiful and refreshing stay at Tiffany's Airbnb! Most of our time was spent outdoors: grilling, relaxing in the hot tub, and unwinding in the sauna. I came with a few of my girlfriends, and we had such a great time. Tiffany truly went above and beyond with thoughtful little touches that made our stay even more special. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and there was so much to do. The game room was so much fun! We took the bikes out for a relaxing ride by the woods and even stopped to shoot hoops at the basketball court nearby. The house provided everything for us to make meals and there was also extra towels and blankets for us to use. Communication w the host was great I would definitely recommend this place !

Great stay over new years with four adults and two children. It is one of the more private homes in Sunriver, and everything was clean and comfortable!

My family and I had a great experience staying here. The proximity to amenities and the river and bike trail was wonderful and the place itself was clean, comfortable and cute!

This was our second stay at Emily’s AirBnB and already can’t wait for our next visit. Clean and bright, cozy. Love the easy walk to the river. Would love to visit in the summer next!
