Holiday rentals with a patio in Thorpeness

What a great little studio, we had a wonderful couple of nights here. The view of the sea was perfect on the sunny mornings. The beach is only 1 minute walk and the place is pristine and cosy. Andre was very responsive and always available with answers. Would highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful time away at the seaside.

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

We had such a fantastic stay and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well looked after and the chalet was equipped with more than you could need. Everything was thought out to give guests the best experience and there was a lovely welcome basket to give an extra special touch.The location was perfect with a nature reserve and lovely park within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend over and over, will be staying again!

Staying here has been a true pleasure and brought me a sense of peace. This flat is a real gem - beautifully arranged and exceptionally well-appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The location is fantastic, the home is serene, and the host was fabulously thoughtful and considerate. I highly recommend this place!

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

Perfect location & very quiet despite being on High Street. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance & parking was simpler than expected. Accommodation was as described & suited us as a couple. Good response from hosts when had queries & comfy beds, great shower plus relaxing surroundings.

This is a tastefully furnished beautifully decorated home. It was also spotlessly clean. It’s only a 15 minute walk into Beccles. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

a lovely location and property. Great it has a car charging point. Worked really well for our disabled friend. really well equipped, even included doves for cooking! brilliant utility / drying room. At checkin Caroline, the owner, was worried about car noise from the road, we weren't. it was not an issue for us and she says the road is soon to be closed from one end anyway. Lovely log burner, house got too warm!! All in all a lovely experience, would go again

Compact , simple accommodation in a quiet rural location. Linda couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Great location for a short trip to Southwold and other coastal towns in that area.

Apple Tree cottage was everything we hoped for. The cottage was pristine, and the addition of a welcome pack really made our stay exceptional. The cottage is only a 5 minute walk from the very well stocked Village Shop and The Angel Inn is also close by and was very friendly and served great food. Thanks Gary - we'll come again!

Beautifully Farmhouse with everything you need. Quality furnishings, linen etc. Extremely well equiped kitchen. There was even a playroom with toys which wasn't mentioned. Very safe enclosed garden for a two and five year old to play in. It might be worth mentioning that there were 5 beautiful large shower rooms but no actual bath. Didn't bother us, but maybe worth taking a small baby bath if you have a non standing infant. We had a fabulous stay. Great for an exstended family as there was plenty of space to share or be alone. Thank you!

This was our second visit to the cottage and we will definitely return. A welcoming space where you can feel relaxed in a great location.

My partner and I came up for a short stay for work, Christine's air b&b was extremely lovely and in impeccable condition and Christine herself was extremely kind and communicative. We'd definitely recommend Christine's air b&b as a place to stay, especially if you like watching wildlife from your window :)

We were racing at Snetterton for the weekend. Perfect for us and very close to circuit. We had everything we needed on arrival including milk,tea,coffee, croissants, biscuits, selection of cereals, cans coke, bottled water and more. Very comfortable stay with all the facilities we required provided. Thank you Claire.

We had a lovely time, the place was immaculate and very cosy. The complimentary snacks and Prosecco were the perfect touch. If you’re a couple and want a get away I would recommend to anyone!

What a fantastic property! Tastefully decorated and brilliant location for exploring Bungay and surrounding areas. We felt welcomed right from the start and the property had everything you need. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location, well equipped and lovely decor. We felt right at home. Though the annex is within the owners property, it felt very private and undisturbed by the family. Perfectly placed for all the activities we had planned. Kate was friendly, with great communication and very thoughtful arrival gifts. So we felt right at home straight away. Very pet friendly too.
