Sitting on a half acre lot that is completely fenced in, there is plenty of room to spend time outside with your furry friend. There is even a doggy door! The cozy, yet spacious back porch includes a TV and charcoal grill!

Close to town but .08 miles off the highway and feels like country. Two story property offers ensuite bedrooms upstairs and down . Pool and deck overlooking the pond . View the sunrise from the Upstairs screened balcony . Private setting on 1+ acre lot, but close to restaurants and quaint shops! Not suitable for kids or pets.
