it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel at home. The little house is very comfortable with everything you need to have a good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

We had a great time, very comfortable beds, everything perfect. Very useful coffee machine and kettle, with everything you need to use them. Very convenient parking space and lake, restaurants and funicular less than 10 minutes from the house. We will definitely return, also because we felt welcomed with care by Stephanie, who was always very helpful with advice.

The place was amazing. We came as a family of 5 adults, 1 child and we really don't get in each other's way. The accommodation was incredibly clean, a small private garden, an excellent bakery and a grocery store a few meters away. The beds are so comfortable! Lots of recommendations nearby (cheese factory, farms, delicatessen). Beautiful walks to do, and for lovers of running beautiful spots with the belvedere of Hucel. A big thank you to both of you🐶! Pleasant stay in a quiet and bright apartment, with lake views. Close to the cable cars. The +: private parking space + cellar (for ski storage). Shops nearby. Wifi works without any problems. Very good communication orally and by messages with the owners whom we thank. Looking forward to returning.

The apartment is very good, just for 4 people, perfectly clean, pleasant. The location is very quiet, 10 minutes' walk to the slopes, 2 minutes' walk to a bakery/cheese shop/supermarket. Recommended!

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!
