Family-friendly holiday rentals in Thollon-les-Mémises

Very pleasant stay in this quiet accommodation with a breathtaking view. Comfort and very high-quality equipment, we had a very pleasant weekend. Thank you to Marie for her little attention to our arrival which was very much appreciated.

Great extended weekend at Amandine's. The cottage is comfortable and friendly. Nordic bathing is a plus. The hikes nearby are very beautiful! A small haven of peace!

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

My friends and I had a nice stay at Sue's chalet over the weekend. We enjoyed a lot the view over the lake, the jacuzzi and the coziness of the place. Sue and her family were welcoming and they made sure we have everything we needed.

A really unusual and beautifully converted little mazot or chalet. Looks characterful and rustic on the outside but it was very modern and nicely kitted out on the inside. The space is tiny but we found it perfect for two. We were there in June so could enjoy sitting out on the terrace. We are both over 6ft so had to watch our heads in the bedroom which is in the eaves. We also found the stairs very steep and tricky so would caution people who are not very sure on their feet. One had to be very careful with middle of the night trips downstairs downstairs to the bathroom! Both the living room and the bedroom have a traditional unglazed window which is sealed by a large wooden door which it is brilliant to throw open to enjoy the mountain air, even when it's raining or snowing. Very atmospheric! The mazot is in a quite spot just on the edge of town but everything is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is even a japanese and also a savoyard restaurant a few minutes walk away.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying with Patrizia and Antonio, without a doubt the best hosts we’ve ever had on Airbnb. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. They’re the kind of people who remind you that there’s still so much goodness in the world, the kind you can count on, even as strangers. Thank you both for everything; your humanity and care meant more than words can say.

Great people to deal with. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay due to an issue at our end but I would highly recommend based on their communication and helpfulness

We stayed a month and felt right at home. The view is fantastic; bring your binoculars. Apartment is bright and spacious. There was never a wait for the elevator. Washer/dryer was easy to use. Kitchen had almost everything we needed (except a microwave). We used the AC one night, and it kept things cool (nice to know if you stay in warmer months). Lutry is a charming town with friendly store owners. The host will show you a “secret door” in the garage that makes it easy to get to the street below, where you can catch a bus to Lausanne or walk into town. In addition to Old Town Lutry, we also enjoyed walks in the other direction along the waterfront to Pully. We found the parking space easy to use. You’ll have a great stay here - we did and were sad to leave.

The stay in the castle was something very special for our whole family (6 adults, 3 children aged 4, 6 and 11)! The atmosphere is particularly elegant, the view is awesome, plenty of good amenities and the surroundings are gigantic! We enjoyed the garden with the different seating areas, played a lot of table tennis and hiked from the house, spent a wonderful afternoon at the lake directly in Bonneville, appreciated shopping in the village (especially the Fromagerie) and were from there in Chamonix (cogwheel railway: fantastic - gondola on the Aguille du Midi and hike from the middle station: breathtaking!) and in the "horseshoe valley" with the many waterfalls: highly recommended! Stayed here for a late in the season family ski holiday. It's a lovely apartment that accommodates a family of 4 extremely well. location is peaceful and easy to get to. Everything you need is close enough and convenient. Loved it

A perfect stay, quiet, at the foot of the lake. The setting is beautiful and the place is great. Very nice. Albane is very responsive and available. I keep the place in mind to come back!

A fabulous hideaway, so quiet, no noisy roads, no noisy people. Just perfect. Lovely and warm, very clean, full of everything we needed. Was great to just read and not have a TV And we didn't need a microwave because we were able to cook ourselves easily. Plenty warm water and so luxurious to have a bath in the apartment, fantastic!! Also Samoens has lots of reasonably priced restaurants and cafes. In addition we were able to use a couple of spare towels as a curtain in the bedroom, so no problems at all. The information provided was so thorough, there was nothing we didn't understand. A wonderful place to stay for a week Thank you so much Scotti You have been amazing, I hope we can stay again ❤️

Enjoyed the stay with Nicole and Jean-Marc who were welcoming and friendly. English spoken well. Lovely location on rural farm. Enjoyed walks and experiencing historical Switzerland in this 300+ year old home. Nice breakfast, mostly homemade or locally sourced.

If you love the mountains this place is great. We booked le petit breo which was a small yet spacious and comfortable apartment in a bigger chalet. The swimming pool is shared although not with too many people. From the balcony on the second floor (where the apartment is) you look onto the garden and the forest, with a side view to the valley and the mountains beyond. Truly magnificent. Otherwise everything was there, especially if you’d like to do a cheese fondue at home.

Excellent view of Lake Geneva, very friendly and helpful and open hosts. Use of the entire garden incl. We really liked the children's cottage. The premises are ideal for two adults and 1-2 children. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would book it again right away.

This is a real dream place. The house has absolutely everything to spend an amazing break by the lake. Nicolas is an incredible host and was very attentive to any minor detail that we needed. We left today and we are already looking forward to coming back. Thanks for everything.

Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.

We had a fabulous stay and loved the beautiful village and surrounding mountains. We had an excellent time hiking, sledding and building snowmen. The home was wonderfully cosy and quiet.

Small but nice! Everything you need, including balcony with beautiful views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the ski lift. At night a bit noisy due to the bar/discotheque downstairs. Frederique is a very friendly host, gives clear instructions and responds quickly to messages. In short, subject to repetition.

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.

I had not understood how beautiful Morzine was, and what an amazing place for a summer break it is, until I got there. The weather was fabulous, and there was so much to see and do for my daughter and I that we in no way managed everything possible. Morzine itself is extremely family friendly. The accommodation suited us perfectly. Located up the hillside above Morzine meant we had a stunning view from the balcony for our breakfast. The apartment itself provided everything we needed and the heated outdoor pool was cleaned and maintained I think three times a week. We were swimming at least twice a day. Though a hard walk up the hill, we had a car and parking was easy at the accommodation and in town, so we only walked into town once. There was a free bus but we never used it. The linen service in town was very efficient and easy, food shopping too was very easy in town and there was an open market on Wednesdays selling all sorts of fresh local produce. Everything was perfect for us.
