This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

Unique & beautiful place to stay. Everything worked well, bed was comfy and rooms are massive. Perfect homebase for exploring Hoi An. Host was amazing and really helpful. Would give 10 ⭐️ if possible!

It was so nice to be able to communicate in Korean, and I was touched by the quick response. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they took care of my luggage, so I was able to eat comfortably nearby. The swimming pool is the right size to play with children, and it is equipped with a washer and dryer, so you can wash your clothes, and there are many local restaurants and cafes a little further away. It's an alley that takes less than 5 minutes on foot, so it wasn't noisy and it was so nice. I would like to stay at this villa again the next time I visit Da Nang. I took a walk at night and went to My Khe Beach. We were so happy to be able to spend our family's pleasant trip to Da Nang with your villa.

It's neat and very nice. Lily Anna was very kind and explained well. The accommodation has been remodeled, so it's new. It's up to the 3rd floor, and there are many rooms, and each has a bathroom. I chose really well. I had a pleasant trip and was able to heal.

Very welcoming hosts. Quite hospitable and generous. Villa felt welcoming, safe and was in a nice quiet location. Easy to get a ride into town.

Beautiful space! The Pao team was incredible and did so much to make us feel welcome. The location is about 10 mins away from ancient town and you’re nestled near the beach in a cute neighborhood. We used beach cruisers to bike everywhere. It was a great trip. Thank you Pao Homes!!

It was very easy to access from the airport and smooth access to major places in the city.Everything is within walking distance, even if you don't have a vita.Communication was also quick, and if I had any problems or questions, they solved it on the spot, which was very reassuring.I run it as a team, so someone was kind of responsive.They made my first stay in Da Nang the best.

Host was always prompt to help, responded very quickly, the cleaning lady was very helpful and lovely always kept the room clean and with all that we needed. Place looks like the pictures and very good location where you can walk to all the good places. Very good local restaurant on the right side of the apartment.

I Loved staying at Danny’s place at the A La Carte, amazing location, super attentive host, clean property, the price was at the upper end of what you’ll pay in DaNang but well worth it. No unpleasant travel surprises. Plus the unit is located within a managed Hotel property so you can order food downstairs or use the rooftop restaurant at no additional fee when and if you get tired of the local restaurants which were mostly fantastic. I will definitely come back to stay here in the future.

Had a really amazing stay here. The host and her team have probably been the best support I had ever on Airbnb. They did everything needed to make sure I had a good stay. The apartment is nice and clean. Good bed and shower. Nice projector to watch stuff in the evening. The location is close to the beach and in a more urban chill area. I do recommended hiring a motorbike with them. Overall a really pleasant experience.

Even though Enmy’s apartment is a studio unit, her place is very spacious and very clean. I love the large bathroom, especially the shower stall that actually has a door to prevent water from splattering all over the floor. Enmy is very friendly and nice, we are very grateful that she allowed us to check in much earlier than scheduled check-in time.

Had a longer stay 1 month+. The place had good vibes so overall I enjoyed my stay. I do however think that it has potential for more. Better mattress, bed cover / day banket, spare sheets and higher quality utensils & cookware would go a long way in ensuring that the apartment is well equipped for longer stays.

Clean and beautiful apartment with the clear view of Han river, perfect for fireworks festival viewing. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The place was excellent with a lovely balcony view of the sea as well as a downtown view in the other direction. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything you needed and more. We only spent two nights but wish we could’ve stayed longer.

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

It's one of the best properties. It can be compared to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. For breakfast, it's much better to just go out and eat because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard on duty, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were noisy or there was no noise. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance is meaningless because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. Especially for 5-6 people, it can be the best choice.

We had a wonderful stay at Quang Vinh’s place, being just a short walk away from the hustle bustle, it was very comfortable and peaceful. There was always someone at the reception offering helpful advice, the washing machine and dryer combo was a lifesaver, and they also had bicycles you can use. They also offer airport shuttle service which was immensely helpful and more cost-effective than booking a grab/taxi. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay again in the future.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Studio in a resort setting; the place was clean and very well equipped where I felt like home. Been thru several places in Vietnam, and this place stands out to me. Beach is a pleasant 5 min or less walk with several pools, beach loungers, grass / green space; literally resort lifestyle but staying in your own apartment experience. Austin and Lenh were also excellent hosts responding to all inquiries. I rarely say this with AirBNBs, but would definitely stay again 👍🏻

The apartment was spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable.We even extended our stay and have already booked it again. Whenever we’re in Da Nang, this is the only place we want to stay. The water filter is a great bonus, and we loved the large rooms, cozy beds, and big TV. We truly felt at home here. The hosts are very kind and attentive — thank you so much for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thao's place. Everything was convenient and easily accessible, just a few minutes from the airport with free pickup. It took about 15-20 minutes by grab to reach Dragon Bridge, Son Tra Night Market, and Da Nang Beach. Overall, our experience was perfect. Thao was very polite and even inquired if we needed anything, like toiletries, and offered us car service for our itinerary..The place was spacious and clean.Will definitely recommend their place.
