House holiday rentals in Thọ Quang

It was a good choice for a family trip. The resort's shared pool and beach are also within walking distance. The place was clean and spacious as shown in the photos. The host is also nice. I was able to communicate in Korean. Thanks to you, we had a great family trip.

The whole family had a luxurious stay at a price that wasn't burdensome ~ The condition of the accommodation was really good Dyson dryer is the best +_+ Thanks to the spacious pool, we didn't know it was hard and we had fun! They also rented water supplies, so I reduced my luggage ~ If I come back, I want to use it again.

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ Communication with the owner was smooth, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during the trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the two marts in front, Byeonmi, Kong Cafe, and a Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was close, so we could play in the water, and the swimming pool in the accommodation was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you're worried about large family accommodation, I recommend it~^^

This place was exactly what it appears to be. The house is breathtaking and the staircase it beautiful. If you don't like steps this may not be the place for you or if you have a lot of luggage. Everyone was so attentive and always ready to help. The local recommendation the assistance with transportation and the booking of excursions was simply amazing. The customer care and accessibility anytime was what makes this house stand out. The hosts literally ensure that you have everything you need. The really made me fall in love with Danang and I hope to be back soon and would definitely stay at the same place

great place if you go with big family. great locations and many restaurants within 5 mins walk and near to the beach

It's a little noisy because it's next to the road, but it was nice to have a lot of amenities around. Most restaurants are located within 5 minutes, so you can eat comfortably, and a 24-hour grocery store is right in front of you, so you can buy what you need at any time. The swimming pool was a little small, but it was clean and nice. I had a good rest for 3 nights~

We have just had a wonderful 8 day stay at Banyan Ocean Villa. Everything worked seamlessly, from booking, to airport pickup - and from the moment we arrived at the villa we were treated like royalty by Yen and the team. Nothing was too much trouble - breakfast everyday was wonderful, and the team were always available to offer local suggestions or advice. Communication with Jules and Matt was great as well, with them proactively offering suggestions and regularly checking in with us, which was appreciated. The location is wonderful - literally 30 seconds from the beach and being in An Bang rather than Hoi An was fab as a lot quieter (and still great restaurants) - but close enough to Grab into Hoi An. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to go back one day - was a wonderful holiday.

Absolute 10 out of 10 stay. Best stay in the entire Vietnam, thus far. On a previous stay (not Fish Lantern House) parking instructions were not clearly communicated, which caused quite a stir. Ayatana gave perfect instructions for parking — such an important detail. The home is well considered, extremely comfortable and an absolute gem in Hoi An. And yes, the breakfast ranks among some of the cleanest Vietnamese traditional meals I have ever eaten. I usually travel with certain food products — the host uses ingredients that are organic and unprocessed (if you care about your health and clean and delicious food, you will experience it at Fish Lantern House). The fruit smoothie (mango) was perfection, the fruit plate was delectable. Hotels give you a safe box — this house gives you safe rooms. I knew the house was clean when I saw the recently washed courtyard upon arrival — what I didn’t know is that the house was deep cleaned. Purely satisfying stay, excellence in every category.

The host is very enthusiastic, responds quickly and is very supportive. It is located in the center so it is easy to move around, but if anyone wants to be close to the beach, from here you have to go quite far (but don't worry because Da Nang city is quite small to travel)

This was a lovely home! Beautifully decorated and neat, very spacious. We had the entire home to ourselves - it really felt like a home! Well equipped kitchen. Nhan was very quick to respond to any queries I had, and was very helpful in guiding us. Wish we had stayed for a bit more, and at leisure!

I could not recommend staying in this place enough! It was the most relaxing stay. The villa is in the perfect location with only a short ride to either the beach or into the old town. It’s so quiet and peaceful and the actual house is very luxurious, perfectly clean and has everything you need. The host is lovely and catered to our every need. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the place to go!!

Highly recommend staying at the villa! The place is stunning, clean and looks exactly like the photos. The location is within walking distance of everything around the Old Town and night markets. Minh and Tam were also really friendly and helpful. They gave good recommendations and offered to organise cars and transport for us when whenever we went out. They checked up on us daily to see if we needed anything and honestly, this is the perfect stay in Hoi An. Highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our time at this house in Hoi An. It is very close to the beach and has plentiful and cheap taxis to the city. The house is comfortable and we enjoyed the pool often. Bfast every morning, made fresh by the staff, was amazing. The hostess went above and beyond helping us book excursions, transportation and even train tickets. Highly recommended!

Binh and Memee were the perfect hosts they gave us recommendations for all sorts of restaurants, and we’re always happy to help with any questions we had.

Wonderful place to stay for the whole family. Close to all the beach activities. We got surfboards in the morning and had a good time. Breakfast and coffee were delicious and very enjoyable with the beach views.

We had a wonderful eight-day stay and loved both the villa & the area. Very clean & spacious villa. Amazing patio with a beautiful garden. Even on hot days, the fans on the patio kept us cool to enjoy the outdoors. Close to beach, groceries, and restaurants. Area is walkable. We also biked around neighborhood & into Hoi An. Very helpful that bikes were available through Ms. Trinh. She also arranged transportation to and from airport. Communication was excellent. This was our first time in Vietnam so we appreciated all of the clear communication. We would highly recommend!
