Beach house holiday rentals in Thessaloniki

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch und doch nah genug an allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem unsere Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Der Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

We had a great stay! The host was exceptionally responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. He answered our questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the check-in process and our overall stay very smooth. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable—exactly as described in the listing. It had all the essential amenities, and we felt right at home. One thing to keep in mind is that the nearest supermarkets and stores aren’t within walking distance, so having a car or arranging transportation is definitely recommended for grocery runs or other errands. Aside from that, it was a peaceful and pleasant place to stay, and we really appreciated the host’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

Ein wahres Paradies. Das Haus selbst ist top gepflegt, perfekt ausgestattet, sauber, die Terrasse idyllisch und der Garten wie aus einem Märchen. Von der Terrasse bis zum Strand sind es etwa 30 Sekunden. Die gesamte Strandausrüstung ist vor Ort. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Das Auto ist ein Muss. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung ganz nah am Meer. Der Check-In war persönlich und sehr herzlich. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und hilfsbereit. Es ist toll, dass die Wohnung über eine gute Baby/Kinderausstattung, tolles Sandspielzeug, eine gute Waschmaschine, einen Staubsauger und ein Kajak verfügt. Die Schlafzimmer haben Fenster zum Flur bzw. zum Wohnbereich. Wenn Autos vor dem Zaun parken, sieht man das Meer weniger. Der Strand besteht aus feinem Sand, danach kommen kleine Steine. Badeschuhe sind sinnvoll. Je nach Tag und Uhrzeit gibt es mal mehr, mal weniger Wellen, Seegras oder Algen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern wohlgefühlt.

Brilliant stay. The flat is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday close to the beach. It is well equipped and there is so much space. There are steps from the garden down to a very quiet beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village although we visited out of season so most only open on the weekend.

Praktisches Haus mit toller Veranda - alles ist grün und bunt! Im Garten stehen diverse Spielgeräte und Spielzeug für die Kinder zur freien Verfügung. Der Garten ist umzäunt, es gibt einen lieben Hund, der sich gerne streicheln lässt. Helen ist stets vor Ort und immer ansprechbar, sie versorgt einen hin und wieder mit tollen Leckereien. Meine Mom hat gleich einen kleinen Kochlehrgang erhalten und meine 1,5 jährige Tochter war stets willkommen, wenn sie mal wieder eigenmächtig zu Helen ins Wohnhaus gelaufen ist :) Die Lage ist auch super, in 3 Minuten ist man fußläufig am Strand, Restaurants sind um die Ecke, auch wenn bei uns saisonbedingt noch nicht alles geöffnet war. Absolut zu empfehlen!

I spent 10 days there with my family and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is just amazing. The apartment is nice and big with wonderful terrace. The swimming pool is great and the sunset view is beautiful. It is in a calm area so you can nicely relax there. The place is few minutes by car from the beach. The host was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Super Unterkunft und toller Gastgeber. Mit Mietwagen ist die Unterkunft einfach nur perfekt. Ohne ist es etwas schwer Orte in der Umgebung zu erreichen.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες μπορώ να πω και καλύτερος η αυλή πολύ περιποιημένη ειδικά για οικογένειες με παιδιά είναι ότι πρέπει. Πάρα πολύ φιλόξενη η οικοδέσποινα και μας παρείχε παραπάνω από όσο αναγράφεται στην περιγραφή όπως κρύα νερά και αναψυκτικά μόλις φτάσαμε καθάριζε πολύ συχνά τον χώρο και γενικά μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να είμαστε σπίτι μας ήταν διακριτική και πάρα πολύ φιλικη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα .

Loved our stay at Serene, especially our kids loved it more. The pool was so unique giving the idea of an aquarium. The house is nice, spacious has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, A/c in every room. Located very close to the beach, walkable distance. Would love to come back in the future :)

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Recomand cu încredere Villa Apollon. Totul este exact ca in poze! Casa este dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie, camerele sunt mari. Curtea este superba! La fel si piscina! Marea este la câțiva metri, cu nisip fin. Recomand sa va luați încălțăminte pentru apa, pentru ca sunt foarte multe pietre. Gazdele au fost foarte prietenoase ,ne-au răspuns la toate cerințele. Puteți vizita orașul Nea Kalikrateia,la câțiva kilometri! Pe scurt, totul a fost grozav!

Kostas' apartment is on a lovely quiet street at the intersect of Ano Poli (upper city/old town) and the main part of the city so this was a perfect location for me. The bedroom has blackout type of blinds so very good for sleeping. It is a ground floor apartment that opens directly on to the street however the front door has reflective glass so during the day people cannot see into the apartment and there is also an electronic shutter so it is very safe. The fridge had water, a beer and greek wine for my arrival which was very nice! The monsoon (top) shower was not working during my stay which was unfortunate however there is a second shower head in the shower so it was not a big problem. There is a supermarket less than 5 mins walk from the apartment, Wifi is great and Kostas responds immediately to any queries which is really helpful. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Stelios & Fani’s place! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped — we felt right at home. The location is absolutely perfect: everything you need is close by, and it’s a great starting point to explore the area. Communication with Stelios & Fani was super friendly and easy. We had a very comfortable stay at the house—it felt just like home! The host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The spacious garden is perfect, complete with a grill area and outdoor shower. The location is ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to shops and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. Highly recommended!

Felejthetetlen napokat töltöttünk Kostas szállásán. Az első pillanattól otthon éreztük magunkat. Egy privát, jól körbe zárt kert rész is a tartozott a szálláshelyhez, ami a két kutyánk nyaralását is izgalmassá tette. A környék nagyon alkalmas a kikapcsolódásra. Séta távolságra található étterem, kisbolt, kávézó. Ha kocsival érkezel, akkor biztonságos parkolási lehetőség vár közvetlenül a bejárat előtt. Nem is akartunk hazajönni, annyira otthonos volt minden. Biztos, hogy amint lehetséges, visszatérünk! köszönjük Kostas!

Сместувањето кај Ставрос беше одлично. Неговиот апартман се наоѓа на мирна улица на 40 м од плажата, а од неговата тераса има поглед на морето. Веднаш под апартманот е супер маркет со свежи намирници така да снабдувањето беше исто така одлично. Апартманот е реновиран, со 2 соби, одлично опремена кујна и пристоен тоалет. На прозорците и вратите има мрежа против комарци така да може да се спие со отворени врати. Кога е топло време на располагање се 2 нови клима уреди. Ставрос брзо одговараше на нашите прашања и беше многу љубезен. Немам никакви забелешки на сместувањето

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά και καθαρά, ο χώρος ήταν πανέμορφος το μόνο αρνητικό είναι η φασαρία το βράδυ κατά τα άλλα το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!!
