Apartment holiday rentals in Thessaloniki

Sunny, spacious calm flat right in the heart of the city. We stayed in January and after a few days elsewhere in Greece spent in under-heated rooms, it was very nice to arrive somewhere warm, inviting and well-equipped. The building is scarcely a minute's walk away from Thessaloniki's main avenue/square in a bustling area, but because the apartment is at the back of the building we didn't notice any noise at all. Recommended.

I stayed at this wonderful place for one week. Everything was as advertised and true to the photos. The view is so amazing! Love to sit on the terrace sofa and look at the view to the sea and over the city and watch the birds. Loved it! Ana poli (the old town) is charming but on a pretty steep hill so I got some work out. Probably not for people with medium or more mobility issues. I highly recommend this place for short and longer stay. The host Ilias was very responsive and very helpful - e.g. when I had a health issue to tend to and gave a good advice. If I come back to beautiful Thessaloniki I will definitely stay again. Thanks a lot! Wonderful place.

Great apartment, very spacious and clean. It is located in a nice area, lot of good restaurants and bars nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

The place was beautiful and just like the pictures ! Each room has its own balcony which was very good. It was very central. Only the parking was a bit difficult because it is in the center. The stay was beautiful. I would book it again and again Thank you for everything.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

Quirky, spacious, no-frills place in the Ano Poli, Old town. Area with quite a few sites nearby to visit, lovely restaurants but all very laid back...bit of a student vibe and not so many tourists. If you walk from the centre to the apartment it goes uphill, good exercise or take the bus! The apartment has a great terrace of the bedroom ideal for breakfast and an afternoon glass of wine. Quiet during night, no traffic and friendly neighbours.

Thessaloniki is an amazing city. Among its many assets in the waterfront where everyone is having fun in the evening. This appt is literally 2 mins on foot from all that, but also close enough to the city centre with its magnificent churches and museums. Perfect place, equipped to a ver high standard, for your city break.

The accommodation is very clean, well maintained, modern, lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The landlords are very friendly and extremely accommodating and helpful and were always very easy to reach. They were very eager to help us with minor difficulties and were able to solve our problem within a few hours. The apartment is located above the center of Thessaloniki. You have to climb a little to get there. Bus and metro can be reached within 10 minutes, shopping is available directly on site as well as many options for eating out. As the only note, I would just write that you should pack a sleep mask if you want it to be completely dark. A street lamp directly in front of the apartment also shines in at night. And that didn't bother him. We would book the apartment again anytime.

What a beautiful place, modern, clean and loved the black and white interior. Kitchen had all the necessary requirements. Huge TV. Enough hanging spaces. Nice huge fridge in the kitchen. Loved the separate shower from the toilet. Loved the big sliding doors that opened to great view of the port. Location is the best place close to bars and restaurants. We loved that the place was equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was always available and very friendly. So far the place to stay in Thessaloniki.

We were here for the second time - and it was just perfect for a little break. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic - the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for it. Vassiliki is a wonderful hostess: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

The host was proactive, with clear instructions for check-in and stay, while being cheerful, open to questions, and helpful. As far as the home was concerned it was tidy and fully equipped with all the facilities. Finally, the hot tub offered another touch of luxury and relaxation.

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

It’s the second time me and my husband are staying there and every time is better than the previous!!! The place is really worth the money, it’s clean, spacious with wine, snacks and coffee. The balcony is a bonus.

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time!
