Super ausgestattete Terrasse mit malerischen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Hafen. Wenn man hier sitzt möchte man nicht mehr aufstehen. Das Türkis des Meeres spiegelt sich in der liebevoll gestalteten Wohnung und besonders auf der Terrasse wieder. Das ist Griechenland! Das Bad und die Küche sind klein aber man lebt ja auf der Terrasse. Etliche Tavernen in der näheren Umgebung laden zum Genießen ein. Paulina ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin. Für die karibisch anmutenden Traumstrände wurden Strandtücher und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch bei persönlichen Problemen war Paulina sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Paulina gefühlt und können das Apartement auch aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nur empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für das schöne Give-away.

Oberhalb eines kleinen Fischerhafens gelegen haben Paulina und Theo ein kleines Paradies geschaffen, das uns vom ersten Augenblick an verzaubert hat. Von der Terrasse in traumhafter Lage am Berghang aus schweift der Blick über das Meer bis hinüber zum Heiligen Berg der Mönchsrepublik Athos. Die Unterkunft bietet als ruhige Oase wirklich alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht, auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut! Die Kommunikation mit Paulina läuft perfekt und sie ist eine sehr unterstützende und herzliche Gastgeberin - danke für alles!! Unbedingte Empfehlung - malerischer, schöner, paradiesischer geht es eigentlich nicht : )

if you look for nice place with a lovely host to rest this is your place. You will have a couple of beach and restaurant at walking distance (5minutes) and nothing else so you do not have to worry about crowd or noise. we really spent good time here so i will recommend

Περασαμε φανταστικα στη βιλα του Αλεξανδρου. Καθαριοτητα μοναδικη, και ευγενικη και διακριτικη φυλοξενια απο τον Αλεξανδρο που ηταν προθυμος να απαντησει γρηγορα και με πολλες χρησιμες πληροφοριες στις ερωτησεις μας. Η Σκιαθος ειναι μοναδικο νησι με υπεροχες παραλιες. Το σπιτι ειναι στη τελεια τοποδεσια για να εχεις ευκολη προσβαση οχι μονο στις κουκουναριες αλλα και σε αλλες παραλιες προς βορεια πλευρα. Ανυπομονουμε να ξακαεπισκεφτουμε τη βιλα του Αλεξανδρου. Ευχαριστουμε πολυ. Περασαμε υπεροχα.

Wir waren zu zweit für drei Tage in Dimitris' Bungalow. Es war sofort sichtbar, dass die Anlage mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Die Terrasse mit dem wunderbarem Ausblick in den Garten mit Blumen, Schmetterlingen und beruhigendem Zirpen. Wir fanden dort in den drei Tagen alles, was wir brauchten und wünschen konnten. Es war sehr superbequem, mit dem Auto 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt eine herrliche Zeit zu verbringen. Wir hatten interessante Gespräche mit Dimitris am Pool und wir wünschen ihm, dass er weiterhin viele Gäste bei den Kypsalos Bungalows begrüßen wird :)

We use this lovely Airbnb every time we come back to Skiathos. It's a granny flat at the back of a house with veggie garden and outdoor setting. There is a beach umbrella for you to use as well. The unit is a 5 min walk pass the marina to town with great bars and restuarents. The best thing it's very quiet at night as Skiathos is not a party island , mostly family and middle age people. You can catch the bus from airport only 3 euro's about 10 mins to town bus stop then a 5 min walk to unit. There is a nice size supermarket only 300m from town bus stop if you want to cook. The bus takes you up the coast to nearly all the beach stops so you really don't need a car. The marina has day boat trips to satisfy the Mamma Mia fans , great trips. The sea water is refreshing when we went in June the 4th-11. Make sure to sign up to Netflix, U tube or prime for TV use. It's great to unwind sitting at the front of the bars opposite the marina watching all the people go by. xxx

The place is wonderful - right next to the beach. Our host Emmanouil was responsive, communicative and friendly, making us feel at home. We felt like a part of his family. The place looked like in the pictures and even better - there two places on the outside where you can sit and relax. The inside is fully equipped, clean and tidy. We had a great Greek vacation. Highly recommended host and place!

Katia is a wonderful host. Communication is excellent, he replies to all messages at the same time. A small house in an olive grove with a view of the sea and a wonderful yard is a real little paradise. You have everything in the house. It's incredible how Katia has thought of everything you might need. Thank you Katia/Katerina for a wonderful stay at Cofert.
