Une plaque à induction, frigo "table-top", petit micro-ondes. Pas de machine à laver. Pas de télévision, mais accès WIFI, signal faible Parking privé à 40m du gîte, sur le haut de la propriété. Accès au logement par petit chemin forestier pédestre Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

La maison est a 5 minutes en voiture du lac de Catus et à 15 minutes de Cahors. La maison est située sur un terrain de plus 3000m2 partiellement clôturé. Elle est en fin de voie et l’accès se fait par un chemin privatif (donc pas du tout de passage de voiture autour) Il y a un chenil fermé de 30m2.
