Everything impeccable. The apartment is comfortable, well located, very well equipped and the best, it was spotless. Marcia and Oscar are super friendly. While the beach in front is not the best, the depto is well located to access boats and other nearby beaches. We loved it! We felt right at home. I recommend it 100%!

This newly renovated apartment is located right by the Prainha beach. The place was very clean and safe, the host was very accommodating and all the procedures of checking in and out were very smooth. Beds were great, appliances were brand new. 5 stars, will be back!

The wonderful place, identical to the photos in the ad, everything very tidy and clean, the only issue we had was when we arrived that the air controls had no battery and just above the apartment they were doing construction work. You have to consider that the place is far from the center of Buzios, so if you don't go by car, Uber trips (which do arrive at the Airbnb) are more than 25 minutes. But everything else was wonderful, the place had a small market with basic things in case you were missing something. I'd be happy to come back

The apt is wonderful, just the same and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with impeccable storage and cleaning, check in and check out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, a jump from the beach ( famous foot in the sand rs), trades, markets, ! The host is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love our stay in the city, we'll come back more often for sure!”

I was recently at the place and the experience was wonderful! Everything is very clean and organized, from the environment itself to the city as a whole. The decoration is impeccable, with every detail thought out with great taste. I was very well attended to throughout the stay, which made all the difference. The location is also excellent, we can walk to the beaches, including Praia Grande and Prainha. In addition, there is everything nearby: market, bakery, drugstore, and even a wonderful ice cream shop right next door, not to mention a very convenient beverage store. The tours depart from the beach in front, which makes it very easy. The city surprises with its cleanliness and organization. At times, it even seemed like we were in another country, such was the presence of foreign tourists. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

I simply loved the flat, everything was very well organized and totally complete. I felt super comfortable, not to mention the balcony that has an incredible view and a very good space. Cláudia is very friendly and very attentive, she always answered my messages very quickly! I simply loved it.

New and clean apartment, exactly matches the photos of the listing. New clean and quality bedding, bath, cookware and barbecue utensils. The balcony of the apartment has a beautiful sea view and is extremely pleasant. Mab responds quickly and Veronica, who received us is friendly and proactive. Super recommend the apartment!!!

Leonardo was an excellent host even before I booked the stay. I had some questions and I asked him in advance, all of which were answered very quickly and kindly. The apartment comfortably accommodates the number of people indicated. There are two suites and a bedroom with an individual bathroom. Everything is thoughtfully designed, from the decoration to the organization of the space. He made a point of changing the curtains to blackout curtains for our comfort, was super flexible with our check-in, giving access instructions. The beach is in front of the apartment, it is a stretch of the beach that is not very crowded but has restaurants and is great for swimming. We would definitely stay in the same place again. There was no one in the group who complained.

The apartment is SPECTACULAR! The location, the view, the space. Everything is comfortable and effective. The beds are very comfortable! The only thing is that you have to climb a lot of stairs to get there, for us it was not a problem, but maybe someone older cannot do it. Highly recommended!!

Our stay was wonderful, the view is incredible. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacies and even the emergency room nearby (I had to use it)… Apartment as in the photos… Clean, airy… I will return more often!

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. He was always attentive to every query or need that arose, which made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout the stay.
