Pet-friendly holiday rentals in The Palm Jumeirah

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The private pool was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth. Check-in was easy and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

I stayed in this house for about 20 days. Everything was great. The house is very functional. Having a parking space and spending time in the garden was wonderful. The house is quite spacious, away from noise, and very quiet. I would definitely choose it again.

Wow! what an incredible apartment. This place is very well located, right next to Nakheel mall, and steps away from a private beach. The apartment itself was exactly as described and just as the photos show. Very clean, well kept and beautiful views. The host was very helpful & responsive at all hours. I absolutely loved the whole experience and have not a bad thing to say. We will absolutely be back!! Thank you Suiteable 🙏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Its a great place! Host is super responsive and helpful! Its close to the prime attractions…the beach close by is a great attraction! Revo cafe at the ground floor is fabulous options for all 3 meals/ a beverage! Would highly recommend! :)

Absolutely loved my stay - the apartment was incredibly spacious and felt just like home. The view was hands down the best I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. It struck the perfect balance between a relaxing holiday vibe and cozy comfort. Highly recommend and amazing host! - I miss it already and will come back!

It was close to everything we needed - the beach, restaurants, etc. Sanket was an amazing host - very responsive, flexible and always willing to assist us with anything we needed during our stay. Excellent service close for everything close for the beach close for the restaurant they have a supermarket downstairs. Everything is friendly very good. We have a good time and everything clean and nice seeing everything look like the photo and they’re very good. The owner and they respond every message that he text me that he called me for anything and they’re very nice and they have both you can rent and they give you good tours I recommend everybody they can rent the apartment and they have a very very good communicated in the apartment is so beautiful. Everything is beautiful and everything is close. The beach only like five minutes walking the rest restaurant downstairs the beauty salon, the supermarket downstairs in everybody’s friendly and the marina is the perfect spot. You can stay because you’re very close for everything

Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.

Great place and hospitality!

We had a few issues on check in where it was not clear what to do. When we arrived the concierge did not know what to tell us to do so I tried calling the contact number and got no response. Images were sent beforehand of a few key card and a door key but no instruction on how to access the room. As it happens I got a text message back about 10 minutes waiting to tell us that the door was unlocked and we could just walk in. This would need to be made more clear in future I would suggest. Overall the location, view comfort and cleanliness were absolutely spot on. The convenience in the middle of the Palm was a perfect location for exploring. Large pool and restaurant on site and use of the hotel facilities if needed. Easy for breakfast. Short walk around the corner to a large choice of restaurants and sports bars. The apartment is pretty dated whereas the kick trims are missing, veneer on the doors at the bottom has fallen off and toilet seat loose. I think it just needs a little TLC
