Apartment holiday rentals in The Palm Jumeirah

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

This was a perfect family stay... Just like As-you-wish & As-you-see place. All good about this place & ultra responsive host.

WOW! 🤩 If you are coming to Dubai you couldn’t have a better location the here at Sanaz’ place in JBR. These residential buildings have their own plaza level living with grocery stores, pools, hair salons etc. Then, they are a short walk one direction to the Marina Walk which is stunning and has many great restaurants, clubs, yacht tours, etc. A walk the other direction gets you to the Marina Beach where they have LOTS of fun activities and restaurants :) We had a car so the parking space was a great help and the location is a very short drive to Palm Jumeirah and the Burj Khalifa. Sanaz was great in helping with the entry, which is very seamless. So much space for everyone in your family!

Stayed here for 6 months. The host was excellent, occasionally I needed a bit of support and they always responded very quickly and got things sorted. Nice apartment as per the pictures, it’s perfect for both a short and long term stay. The building itself is very nice, staff are always kind and the pool and garden area is probably one of the nicest I’ve seen in Dubai (despite it being an older building)! The area is good, and is an excellent location, the traffic is low and you can get to most areas of Dubai within 30mins.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai Marina. The property was absolutely excellent – clean, beautifully decorated, and offering stunning views of the Marina. It was perfect for our family, with everything we needed to feel comfortable, including our 3-year-old son who loved watching the boats from the balcony. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions all within walking distance. Every amenity we could possibly need was close by, making our stay incredibly convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!

Almira was a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate with. Her apartment is really beautiful and in a wonderful location. A bit noisy because of the busy roads but we had no problem sleeping. Definitely a must stay place.

Fernando was a great host. He provided a crib for my 6 month old even though it was not listed as part of his home initially. the unit is one of the nicest and cleanest units I have seen in dubai. the view is outstanding and the building amenities excellent. I would, definitely stay again. thank you Fernando

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

I stayed at Nadeem’s place for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience overall. The apartment is located at a very nice and main location in JBR residences area which is just 5 mins away from JBR beach and bla bla club. The nearest tram station is quite close as well which made commute easy. There are lots of supermarkets around the apartment to help you with any required items. The view from balcony is breathtaking and scenic. Nadeem was very responsive throughout the stay and helped with multiple queries before arriving as well. Overall - 8/10 ⭐️

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It took us some time to find a nice place to stay, and this one truly exceeded our expectations. As described, it was clean and had stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The location was very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also kindly requested airport pick-up and drop-off, which they arranged through a third party. Additionally, they surprised us with some very delicious chocolates, which was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and our kids had a great time at the small playground, making some new friends. We also found very friendly neighbors, which added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!

We had such an amazing stay at Basharatullah's apartment and can not reccomend it enough. Spacious, extremely clean flat with fantastic amenities and comfy hotel-like mattresses and bed linen. The location is great with Dubai Mall a 2 min walk away as well as superb views. The facilites are top spec with an impressive gym and large pool which is never too full. We particularly enjoyed the shallow kid's pool, which is shaded and that my 2 year old could stand in without being held. The kid's play areas are great and also shaded. The hosts' communication was superb from the initial booking through to check out. The instructions were clear and the facilities extremely easy to access and use. We also really appreciated the toiletries provided and the children's toys and books provided. The apartment was great value for money and I have already recommended it to some friends who are planning to visit Dubai. Thank you for such a fantastic stay Basharatullah!

This was my second stay at this incredible Airbnb, and it somehow managed to impress me even more than the first time. The apartment is consistently clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But the highlight, once again, is the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa—absolutely unbeatable. Whether it’s morning light reflecting off the tower or the dazzling night lights, it never gets old. It truly feels like you’re in the heart of Dubai. Sherif and Abdallah remain outstanding—helpful, responsive, and felt like family members throughout. I’ll absolutely be coming back for a third stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

Perfect stay for a family with young kids like us - the flat has everything you need including cot and high chair, lots of space, kids toys, and being attached to the Anantara resort means access to beach, kids pools, restaurants and the kids club! We have a wonderful stay and would like to thank the hosts for their responsiveness and hospitality.

The apartment was fully appointed and easy to settle into and the concierges were friendly and helpful al the time. Christian was always available if needed and we encountered no problems. We will definitely consider returning in the future.
