We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

A wonderful weekend spent here, view of Brisbane Water from balcony. Short walk to scenic waterfront, Gosford Sailing Club, Fisherman’s Wharf, and close to Gosford and Erina Fair, Terrigal beach and other attractions. Quiet, comfortable and lovely decor. The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at, by far! Comfortable, thoughtful and and tastefully furnished with all the mod cons. Generously stocked with coffee, tea, condiments, items for a cooked breakfast, snacks and treats. Lynne's place definitely stands out, a home away from home. A well deseved A++ (from a tough marker 😀) .

We absolutely loved our time at Sand Lakehouse! It is a beautiful place to unwind and watch the water; so much bird activity on and around the lake, it was just wonderful. The house itself is spacious and appointed thoughtfully, and there was nothing we lacked. The fire pit made for a fun night of toasting marshmallows and the local ducks provided much entertainment. The bliss of having a cup of tea on the jetty cannot be overstated! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host, and there's even an IGA within walking distance for anything you've forgotten. A great place to stay; we would highly recommend.

Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

This was the most beautiful place to say - I can’t express how the even though the pictures looked amazing- they didn’t do it justice. We were blown away and that sunset on the water was breathtaking. Felt so homey and we didn’t want to leave. I will be back - just delightful and the host were so kind and accomodating. Peaceful and relaxing place right on the river. Clean and cosy house. Kev and Kez were quick with responding to the messages. Would love to come back again.

We stayed in Kate’s place over a weekend to celebrate some significant birthdays with the family ranging in age from 71 to 0. It suited us perfectly! Well equipped for babies through to more elderly. 3 bathrooms, laundry and 5 bedrooms with separate TV room. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, cosy fireside and fun on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Take board games and books. Location worked very well for us as some travelled from Sydney and some from Newcastle on a Friday evening. Can thoroughly recommend.

The place was very close to Mona Vale Beach. Not far from the bus to the city or Manly. Close to Mona Vale shops.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Had a great stay! Loved being right on the beach. Parking was the only pitfall but something out of their control. Great stay and will definitely attempt to stay there again!

What a beautiful apartment! Comfortable beds and pillows, clean, tidy and had everything we could have needed. Even though we visited at a cooler time of the year, we really enjoyed being right on the beach, watching the waves and then retreating back into the cozy, warm apartment. Dan and Robert are very communicative and provided us with so much information to make sure we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We were especially grateful for the restaurant recommendations which were super close by with delicious food and friendly staff. We felt right at home, would recommend the Coachhouse beach apartments and would stay again. Thanks for having us!
