Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in The Crossings

My family traveled to Miami for my son's college graduation and this place was perfect! It was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space but cozy enough for us all to gather for dinner or chatting. The best part was Nadia's responsiveness! We had a change of plans and needed to move his graduation bbq to the property and not only did Nadia allow this (for a very reasonable fee) but she also came to the property with very short notice and provided decorations that she helped set up! My family enjoyed the property and I definitely plan to book again the next time I am in the area!

Mr. Franklin's house is located in a very nice and safe place. The pool is kept at a pleasant temperature and is clean, and everything in general is very clean and organized. We loved EVERYTHING. I recommend this house wholeheartedly.

This place is great and Andre is a fantastic host- super responsive, allowed us to check in early, and flexible with checkout time. This is the house to get if youre coming to miami. Thanks Andre!

Staying with Renate was a pleasure.The location was perfect.The home was cozy and clean and Renate was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Janet’s place from 6/11/25 - 6/14/25. Janet is very sweet & responds quickly to any messages that I sent. Her home is conveniently located near shops, the grocery store, many different eating places which we walked to & its super close to the airport. Her home is very nice & the small touches that she provides to her guest are really sweet & special. I love my coffee so that was one thing that was provided that I truly appreciated! My bed was so comfortable that I wish I could have stayed in it much more than I was able to. Her kitchen has everything that is needed to cook (I don’t cook 😂) but for those who do it’s perfect. I loved the front porch seating area but alas it was too hot for us to sit outside. Miami heat is no joke! We were just coming off of a cruise & asked to check in early & Janet accommodated. This was a one time stay in Miami for us but if I were to ever come back I would definitely stay at her house. Janet’s kindness was exceptional.

Jam was an awesome host! Super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. His place was perfect for our family, including one infant. There were all the necessities for the baby and a private room away from the other rooms for his naps. The pool was a bonus and the water was warm! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook and included Kcup Keurig coffee as well! Jam has a binder full of helpful information. The beds were super comfy too. When we need another place to stay in Kendall, we will be back!

Claudia’s place was perfect for us while we visited Everglades and Biscayne National Parks! The space was very clean and well stocked. The air conditioner has a controller located inside the room. Other reviews note that the air conditioner is difficult to adjust, but this is not the case. It is very simple!

The best part about this unit is the host (Maria). She is wonderful in terms of helping and accommodating, and went as far as to go out of her way to give me a ride. I was there for a family emergency and she was very compassionate and helpful. This is my second stay and I’ll be returning to this place when the time comes. Nice, cozy, well taken care of place with all the basics. Great for an individual or a couple.

We had a great time. The location is walkable to so many great restaurants and shops. We had a great time exploring during our time. The place was clean and easy to check into. The pool would’ve been nicer if it was not so busy but other than that we had an excellent time.

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

Gina was a great host. Her property was cute and cozy and the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Her and her team were not only responsive but super friendly. The private outdoor area was a great addition to the property. We hung out outside and enjoyed the great Miami weather. Though we did not use it, there was also a barbecue available. Would definitely recommend booking!

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

I had a great time at Montse's condo with my family! The check in process was easy and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Montse was quickly responsive to questions and welcoming. The condo itself was immaculate and stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need for your stay. We loved the pool and amenities! Having garage parking was very convenient as well. Only downside was it was a bit loud at night, but that is expected for summer in Miami! Thank you Montse!

Entering Robert’s stay was great. The place was clean before entering, check in was smooth, and they also provide amenities for your stay such as swimming pool, a gym and much more. Robert is also very quick to respond if you are in doubt of something. Nevertheless, this was a great choice and would love to come back here again!

My family enjoyed our stay in Miami very much. We were able to walk to the grocery stores, the park, and many restaurants around the area. Cory’s place was clean and peaceful. Everyone we met in the building was friendly. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool every day. Thank you!

You get whats advertised: a great penthouse appartement on top of the Grand. You can acces the gym and pool and the staff is very friendly. If feels like a hotel, but with the privacy+space of an airbnb- appartement. The communication with the hosts is very good, they even provide you with tips for restaurants and nightlife. 5/5
