Nhi’s Place is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and always attentive. It offers a cozy private stay at a great location not too far from everything Ho Chi Minh has to offer.

Great place in Thao Dien, pictures are exactly as described in listing. Host replied immediately on all queries even not related to the apartment, she was really helpful and friendly. We really felt at home and a bit difficult to leave even.. enjoy!

It is a really good accommodation with a friendly host, a spacious and pleasant house for the price, and a variety of amenities in the complex. I visit Ho Chi Minh once every 1 or 2 months. This is the cleanest place I have stayed in Ho Chi Minh City in a while. It was well cleaned and we couldn't see any bugs during our stay.

It was such a nice place for the price and it was even so nice to have access to the pool for free. The host was very responsive and always kindly answered my questions, so it was great!!

Lovely place and convenient location. Vincom Mall, subway and MM mega mart are all within walking distance.

Kevin's place felt right at home. For foreigners, finding that you have to go through a hair salon to find the stairs to go up to the flat might come as a culture shock. However, once you are in his place, you feel right at home! Would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

I had a comfortable stay, and the host was both friendly and responsive.

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

Attentive and responsive. The place was clean and free of clutter. They were able to accommodate luggage storage and early check in.

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all of my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, and I'm planning to stay again. ^^

We enjoyed our stay very much Anna was always on hand before and after to help us. We felt at home in her beautiful place. It had everything, comfy beds pillows clean towels. A nice place to stay for the 3 of us. It’s out of D1 but if you’re OK being based in D7, this is a good option. We have family near the apartment, so it’s sensible for us.

Clean condo. Has everything you need! Would recommend to others!
