Apartment holiday rentals in Thanh My Loi

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The place is exactly the same as what is shown in the photos. It was clean and well kept. Though there was an ongoing construction at the time of our stay, the Circadian staff did a great job in communicating this with us and managed our expectations well. We rented an Airbnb but it almost felt like we booked a hotel with how great the service was. I definitely recommend Airbnbs managed by Circadian. Job well done!

I often come on business trips, but Taodien is really nice. There is also a subway now, so I don't think I'll have to go to a hotel in the center. It was really nice. The restaurant on the 5th floor of the shopping center is good, and I highly recommend it ^ ^

Great place and flexible owner

the studio has very cool earthy tones that eases you into slowing down your pace. the place was very clean and had almost everything you needed. I would recommend this space for anyone looking for some respite from the hustle of daily living. The studio is facing the main road so you’d be able to hear traffic!

Great place to stay! A little tricky to find, but was able to find with Huy’s helpful directions! Huy’s staff helped transport our luggage up the many stairs, nice private area, some noise at night but did not affect or stay or sleep! Overall a great stay!

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

Amazing place to stay, clean with pool & sauna. Central to distinct one. Peaceful and quiet at night time with security guards down in reception. Very safe area. Jodie was always responsive and answered and questions we had, really good host. We’ve extended our trip and booked to stay longer at another one of her apartments.

The owner is very enthusiastic to support everything very quickly. I always get the best service experience when I come here. Awesome that's what I mean. Many thanks for the enthusiasm, friendliness and I will be back.

Amazing apartment, great location (can get to everything you need by walking or grab). Host was very friendly, helpful and kind. She allowed me to have a late check out, and gave me lots of recommendations of things to do in Saigon. I will be sure to come back and stay again! Thank you :)

It was such a nice place for the price and it was even so nice to have access to the pool for free. The host was very responsive and always kindly answered my questions, so it was great!!

Great host, great place!

Our stay at Tina place was nothing short of amazing . From moment we arrived , we felt immersed in Vietnam vibrant culture and warm hospitality . Nestled in a lovely quiet neighborhood, the property was perfectly situated, yet a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Waking up to a view of the city skyline was magical. Tina gave us lots of useful notice during this special time. ( lots of road block cuz of the parade) highly recommended ! We will cherish our time here and cannot wait to return.

Beautiful place and good location

It's really good value for the space and price in a county, and the car can enter for easy access, and the seat is on the first floor so you don't have to worry about not having an elevator!

Great place, view, location, modern, spacious, clean, and no bugs. However, the AC leaks a bit of water when running for a while, so don't put your laptop under the AC ventilation to be safe.
