Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, trang thiết bị mới mẻ, host nhận vấn đề và support mọi thứ rất nhanh. Khá đầy đủ tiện nghi, khu vực đồ dùng chung cũng rất nhiều vật dụng: bàn ủi, bếp, tủ lạnh lớn,…Chị Thảo ở Home rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo và dễ thương. Home ở khu vực mặt đường cũng khá ổn, di chuyển đến các khu vực trung tâm cũng nhanh và dễ dàng. Cảm ơn Home và có dịp sẽ quay lại.

This place suited my group very well. All bedrooms were comfortable and the house was very clean. It was a little tricky to find the place initially for our group that arrived at different times. The immediate area is residential and a fantastic taste of local life. All the bright lights of the tourist must-sees are a short Grab ride away. Amenities provided at the house were appreciated (incl detergent powder for the washing machine). This is a townhouse and thus there are lots of stairs to be mindful of. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

This was our first time in Vietnam and we noticed Yen’s listing to be a rare find — we had to book. From check-in to check-out, Yen was responsive, flexible, friendly, and overall one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. The best part: great location for first timers and walkable to anything you might need on your trip. Enjoy the stay—it’ll be worth it with this bnb. ☺️

Our stay was cozy! The home was comfortable and felt just like our own. Located on a peaceful street, it was surprisingly central and convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tranquility close to city center. Will certainly return.

Vey nice house and I love it

숙소가 깔끔하고 조용해서 체류기간동안 즐겁게 잘 쉬었습니다.

We wanted to find an airbnb near the metro subway station and supermarket. Tam's place had both plus a mega mall next door. You can also walk the pedestrian bridge from An Phu subway station to Mega Market. It was also a short metro ride to Ben Tanh markets. I also enjoyed the early morning walks in the neighbourhood while admiring the large colonial era mansions and the peacefulness. There were much less motorcycles compared to District 1. The view from the living room, two rooms and balcony kept us entertained, especially when the rain clouds rolled in. The only downside was the that youtube kept on disconnecting or reduced to low quality viewing. I wasn't sure if it was the slow wifi or because the smart tv/device isn't 5G

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

非常喜欢一个房间，从房间里面可以看的出来房主真的非常用心在做这一件事情，从房间各处的小插件以及小物件都非常贴心，是一个非常温馨的房间。

Raymond Trans place is exactly as describe, has a great balcony view it is a little away from the busy hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City (20min drive from city centre) but still has plenty to offer and not as chaotic which is perfect for those that prefer! We didn’t get the chance to use the pool as it was undergoing maintenance but from what we could see it would be amazing once in use The hotel staff are extremely friendly and always there to help even with the language barrier The aircon works great which is a must in Vietnam as it is very humid and hot Thanks again for letting us stay! :)

We loved our stay at Mekong Lounge! The studio apartment was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was clean and had a separate shower (not a wet one which was important to us)!! Water pressure is a little weak but nothing we couldn’t work with. Check in instructions included a video that made it super easy. Security was great as we were in a little communal area off the main road and the gates closed as night. Location was close to District 1 and so it was easy to get around via grab (5 minute ride or 15 minute walk but it’s really hot). Also super close to Com Tam Calamette which was our favourite meal during our time there!!! Overall we’d recommend :)

This stay was awesome. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Saigon and this was by far the best. The location bear the airport and near the major districts was very convenient. The room was amazing with lots of room and the air conditioning was fantastic. There is also major convenience stores right under from your stay so it’s great for any products or food you need to buy. If I came back to Saigon I would stay here again

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

신속한 응대도 좋았고..빠른체크인과 넉넉한 수건을 요청드렸는대 모두 만족한 응대를 해주었습니다^^ 다음에 다시 방문예정인대 또다시 숙박할 예정입니다^^

Fairly near the busy streets but still need to get a grab. Abit hard to access if there is heavy rain, rooms are clean toiletries are provided, EU AND UK plugs can be used. 4P pizza just opposite.

Needless to say, we kept coming back here because it's probably the best location we've ever stayed in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is quiet but very close to all he action, shops, and great eateries you expect from the city. And when we get back home, there is a wonderful feeling of serenity away from the bustle all around. The apartment is so very clean and immaculate that we feel it's almost like our home. We stayed for 1 month and communication with Nancy and JJ was so seemless, friendly and with extra care. This is our go-to place everyone we are in town, and we've personally recommended it to our friends and relatives. I've stayed a many places in Ho Chi Minh over the years, even at high end hotels, and there is simply no place like this apartment and neighborhood. This neighborhood is so clean and safe that runners often run in groups through the streets and there are lots of places to eat and a high end shopping mall just a few minutes' walk away. Always a joy to be here.

We enjoyed our stay very much Anna was always on hand before and after to help us. We felt at home in her beautiful place. It had everything, comfy beds pillows clean towels. Neighbours where friendly. Lots to do locally. I will certainly recommend Anna as a great host. Thankyou for everything. We would love to return sometime. Warm regards Audrey and peter.
