It is an ideal apartment, with all the amenities, just two streets from downtown, which allowed us to go and return comfortably if we forgot something. The apartment has charm, the area is very quiet, we were able to disconnect and relax. It is certainly an ideal option to stay in Teruel. We just felt that the bathroom is too big and maybe it will fall short if it is occupied by the six squares it has (we were four and we had to take turns); otherwise, we would come back without hesitation.

This is the third time we have rented from Lidia. It went very well. We'll be back.

Very good but not air conditioning but fans it's very hot labas everything is very good otherwise the setting is great

the house is very spacious,comfortable and has spectacular views. it is very new, large fridge, kitchen utensils,large terrace to enjoy the outside overlooking the sea. all the exterior windows and a large living room and with very good views. very recommended for a holiday.

Friendly, clean and lovely terrace to calmly sit overlooking the bell tower and the church and the town. 10-minute walk to the municipal pool was a great plus for the kids. Mid-July meant we did turn on the fans provided. Great stay.

Accommodation as shown in the photos and the information provided. Very clean and decorated with exquisite taste and with everything you need (not just the essentials) at your disposal. A very quiet and safe residential development and area, with the beach across the promenade and services (shops, restaurants, etc.) a 10-15 minute walk away. Friendliness of the host and exceptional welcome and farewell touches. If we can, we'll do it again.

Very well located apartment, very close to the supermarkets to shop and restaurants, in addition to being on the beachfront. Clean and tidy apartment, ideal for spending your vacations. Very good service from the owners of the apartment.

We were very well welcomed by our host who was very warm with my family. We communicated during the stay and he was always responsive. On the equipment side everything works (although we abandoned the use of the dishwasher which did not wash very well). However, it is difficult to properly adjust the air conditioning as we can't adjust it room by room (but it works and that's the main one!) So make sure to turn it on before you go out if you want to sleep cool. For children: provide a non-slip bath mat in your suitcases because the showers are slippery for small monsters. Good quality bedding, clean linen. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Excellent location in perhaps one of the best developments in Alcocéber. In front of Playa del Moro. Bus stop at the door, small supermarket next door, very large and very quiet development. A good pool and a huge green area. The apartment is good, clean, large and with everything you need.

We had a small issue and contacted Juan Luis about it. Within 30 mins he took care of it. He is very easy to deal with

The apartment is wonderful, the terrace, the ocean views, the community pool, the location... we really enjoyed the house and the area, we will definitely be back. Paloma was a very friendly host, attentive and concerned that we were comfortable and at ease in her apartment. When we arrived there was no toaster, we mentioned it and she immediately brought us one, a great touch!! Thank you so much for everything Paloma!

Dora and Antonio are a lovely couple. They were very attentive so that we didn't lack anything. His apartment was in perfect condition and very clean. They were kind enough to leave us some drinks and some food. The place is perfect for spending a few days in Alcossebre. Thank you for everything.
