Holiday rentals with a pool in Tertenia

A big thank you to Daniel and Piero! The house is perfect, in the quiet countryside, much prettier in real life than in the photos. The house is very well equipped , everything is there! The view is hot , especially at sunset by the great pool. Our hosts were very welcoming, full of good tips and very responsive. Thanks again to them, our stay was a real success 👌

The house looks like the pictures. The pool is really nice and clean. There are three bedrooms, which are also a bit apart, which is good if you have children or a baby with you. There is a very large refrigerator, which is really practical. We were five adults and a toddler. And what we really enjoyed was that we could have every meal at the big table on the terrace. And we also spent a lot of time on the Hollywood swing. The area of the house is quite remote, but you can still get everywhere quickly by car. And the beach is less than a five-minute walk away. And Simone and Ilenia were always available for questions. The only thing that should be mentioned more clearly in the listing is that bed linen & towels are not included and cost €12 per person, if desired.

What a lovely place! Great view, right close to the beautiful beach and very private. There was lots of toys and activities at the house so also the kids were never bored! The host was super helpful, when we had some questions she answered straight away, they even had made a great little map to find all the places for shopping, eating and snorkeling. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back

Very nice and helpful hostess even if we only had written contact. Check-in with clear instructions. Proactive tips. Very nice view of the sea. Simple but functional equipment and furniture. Pool has a nice size. Baby bed was provided. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything available. Sufficient for a large family, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine with capsules, spices, baking paper and much more. A beach can be reached in 3 minutes by car or in 15 minutes on foot. Without a car, however, you are lost. Shopping unfortunately 15 min away by car, but that's not a big problem either. The only negative, for which the hostess is not responsible, is that sometimes the many dogs from the neighbor 50 m away bark for hours without a break when the owner is not at home. Fortunately, this only happened twice in 9 days. Otherwise everything was good 👍

We felt very comfortable in the house, everything was available, we were allowed to drink existing drinks and Mario was always available. His dog came to visit us from time to time, which we thought was absolutely fantastic! We recommend the house without reservation, thank you!

We had a great time staying at this super nice, very clean place! Giuseppe proactively wrote to us in advance and welcomed us with homemade cookies! The place was very well equipped and had everything you need! Car absolutely necessary: The nearest beach is about 5 minutes away by car and also well suited for infants, to many other great beaches it takes about 35-45 minutes by car.

We had the most wonderful stay at Anna's Airbnb! The house really felt like a home, filled with books, paintings and an amazing array of kitchen utensils - we definitely settled in right away! We really look forward to returning one day, to enjoy the amazing sunrises whilst taking a dip in the pool. Thanks Anna!

A great place to stay if you want to explore Cardedu, the surrounding villages and beaches. The house is close to everything necessary for a longer stay and it has a very nice barbeque area. It is also very clean, has a good kitchen, nice bathroom and a terrass where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or have a night time dinner. The only problem we had was the last three days of our stay, when the waterheater seemed to malfunction a bit, resulting in no warm water. However, after my wife texted Barbara, asking her if there was something that could be done (it was almost 8 pm). Two janitors appeared after ten minuts trying to restart the waterheater, and got it working atleast for the night. She promised that she would fixed the heating system permanently. This is a great placed to stay, that we would love to come back to whenever we visit Cardedu again. Mile grazie Barabara!

This was the most beautiful accommodation we booked in Sardinia! A little more expensive, but absolutely worth the money. A charming property, with a chic pool, great apartments with a magnificent view. Since we have a small child (1 year), I had asked in advance if an earlier check-in and a later check-out are possible due to the nap. Both were absolutely no problem, which we were very grateful for! We also have a baby bed and a high chair provided free of charge! Gianfranco welcomed us with fresh, delicious strawberries and was super warm, as were his employees. I can therefore highly recommend the accommodation, would have liked to stay longer! Thanks for the great stay!

Great stay! Very quiet and comfortable place. Cool and dark bedroom, so you can completely relax. Swimming pool also very pleasant! In addition, we received good tips from our host for restaurants nearby, Mullò was our favorite! The host responds super quickly and halfway through our week we were also able to renew our towels. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

We had a great time at Rita's. The room is very cozy, the bed very comfortable and everything essential is available. We especially liked the pool with the loungers and the small terrace in front of the apartment. Perfect for relaxing. Rita was super friendly and the cake and fried pastries her husband prepared were very delicious. We were simply surprised by this one or the other time. Rita also came up with something different for us every day for breakfast. For those with "light sleep": The refrigerator hums a little louder. However, it did not bother us very much. The approach is a bit adventurous due to the steep incline of the road. After the second time, you know how well it works. We can definitely recommend the place. Loceri is a picturesque and quiet little town. If you are looking for somewhere to shop and stroll, then Tortoli is not far away.

We had a wonderful time in Marcantonio's accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful, new, beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The pool was beautiful, everything is perfectly set up for families. Marcantonio was very helpful, always available and very friendly. He has children himself and is very child-friendly. The area is fantastic, many beaches are within 20 minutes by car. The hills and vineyards were also a dream. We definitely want to come back.

We spent six wonderful days here - everything was tip top! The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped. The pool was the absolute highlight, especially for our children - we used it every day! The entire complex is very quiet and designed with great attention to detail - you can immediately see how much effort the host puts in. The communication was great - fast, friendly and completely uncomplicated. The location is also good: a supermarket is nearby, and the beach is only 5-10 minutes away by car. We would come back anytime if we travel to Sardinia. Absolute recommendation!

Wonderful one-month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right next to the house. Very beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even prettier even than in the photos). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is thought out to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take care to make you feel as good as possible. A lovely family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!
