Apartment holiday rentals in Terrata

Apartment is very nice! Big plus, that it is located very close to the wonderful beach with 2 restaurants and is close to Olbia . Area is quite and calm. We were staying there in the beginning of April, it felt a quite humid in the apartment. Probably because it is on the ground floor and its not hot yet. But the heating was working well and I imagine that in hot weather its a perfect place to hide from the heat:) Bed and pillows was very comfortable !! Kids were happy to sleep in a bunk bed and adores to play in the garden. Massimiliano is a very friendly and responsive host always helped with everything we asked him.

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

The accommodation was exactly as described – super clean, modern and excellently equipped. Michela was very friendly and always responded quickly to messages. Overall, a great stay – highly recommended!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. We feel so lucky to have discovered Pier’s place in beautiful Pittulongu, Sardinia! The location is incredibly convenient—just one block from the stunning beach and only a 3–6 minute walk to several charming restaurants and bakeries. One of the restaurants is literally right across the street! There’s also a convenient parking spot available. The garden is absolutely lovely, with a pomegranate tree and grapevines right outside the bedroom window. Highly recommend this gem!

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly welcomed by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again for that! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. At the last section of the beach we also had our dog with us, which seems no problem there. Often we were even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

Beautiful view and beautiful beaches nearby

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It is perfectly located close to the beach and very well equipped. The hosts were amazingly accomodating and kind, always responding quickly and we also appreciated the local recommendations. We spent a lot of time on the nearby beach and had no issues in getting a sunchair right by the sea (mid-September). Would recommend a car as there is a lot to see in the north of Sardinia. Worth noting is that there seems to be a market on Monday mornings on the street outside of the apartment (not sure if it is every Monday or selected ones), so if you have a car suggest to park elsewhere between Sunday-Monday as the garage and street might be blocked by market stalls.

Only place where you don't have to leave a copy of the ID. It is forbidden to require a copy of ID as a host in Italy, but many are requesting it. Great views from the terrace, and host is very helpful and quick to reach.

Located in the heart of the magnificent old town of Bonifacio , wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and the market are just steps away, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat. Morning coffee and evening wine with that view? Pure magic. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay, this is it!

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location… Golfo Aranci is beautiful!

A cozy stay surrounded by beautiful surroundings, and far enough from city lights to see tons of stars on clear nights (still just a ~15min drive to Olbia, though). The interior matched the pictures very well. Anna Rita was very helpful and responsive, and provided plenty of great recommendations at our request. Just to note, there is a family of several cats/kittens on the property that are very cute and will probably seek your attention at every opportunity :)

Porto Rotondo is a unique place and Clarissa’s apartment is nicely placed on the hills surrounding the marina but still at a walking distance from it. The apartment is cosy and clean and Clarissa is a very good host.

Great apartment for cleanliness, all necessary services and comforts. Impeccable location. I recommend it to everyone.

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Nice place fully stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay with responsive helpful host in a nice walkable location in Palau.

We loved our stay with Jessica and Allesandro. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we (couple with a baby) needed was there, including baby chair and bed). We especially loved the large outdoor area, with plenty of space to eat and relax. The beach is only 5 minutes walking distance (and several other beaches nearby) and the center is approx 10 minute by foot. Jessica is an amazing host. She provided us very good suggestions for beaches and restaurants and replied quickly to our questions. We will definitely recommend this place and will come back when we visit again.

Quiet location, yet within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Third time in Sardinia and this was our favorite stay yet! An oasis

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.
