Beautiful and cozy house for special days. It has 2 lawn grounds, swimming pool and game room with pool table and card table. The house provides 4 equipped bedrooms (bed/table/bath), wardrobe, ceiling fan and three of them with direct access to the pisicina and a suite, totaling 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with crockery and appliances. Kiosk with table, barbecue and skewers. Equipped laundry and beach chairs. Living room with TV and fireplace, Wi-Fi and 24-hour security.

The place is unique for 2 people. The space is a reefer container with planned furniture and gas heated shower. Panoramic view of the surroundings and the sea in the background. Perfect terrace for sunbathing. Very ventilated without the need for air-conditioning. The space has everything to cook. Dry and ventilated with temperature control by the windows. New furniture and planned for home office. We don't host smokers. We do not host pets. We do not offer sheets and towels.

It has 2 en-suites with a double bed and air-conditioning, 2 bedrooms with a single bed and a bunk bed with a ceiling fan. The room has air-conditioning and a table for up to 8 people. The pool unifies the back environment with the house, has a mini beach, the kids love it! Swimming pool available from November to April in high season
