Villa holiday rentals in Terni

I honestly can't say enough positive things about this beautiful villa/property and the host (Andrea). It exceeded all expectations. The pictures are beautiful, but it truly doesn't do justice to the real thing. The villa is huge with 4 very spacious bedrooms / 3 full baths that provides tons of space. The living room is huge with an incredible view and so much other room (dining, sitting area, etc). The outside patio is unbelievable with a view to die for. Has a private garage for a car if you drive and washing machine. Kitchen is good size with full-size appliances if you choose to cook. Air conditioning in all rooms! Andrea was an exceptional host and extremely accommodating. He met us when we arrived and gave us a personal tour and also left us with a delicious bottle of wine! If you take a train to Chiusi (we did), you will have to get a taxi from the station to the villa (~10 minute drive). Chiusi historic center is a very easy 5-minute uphill walk from the villa. 5 *

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

If you want to experience heaven on Earth, stay at this getaway in Spello. You will never open your doors onto a view like this anywhere else! The hot tub was a really nice bonus, and the house was very comfortable for our extended family. Barbara was so helpful, from planning our trip to answering questions during our stay as well as providing every amenity you could think of. We will always think fondly of our time here!

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

We stayed for 13 nights and enjoyed every minute spending time in such a beautiful and relaxing home. Clean and tidy with so much outdoor space was just magical. Scenery was amazing and everything was true to what was advertised and described. Dror was so responsive we really appreciated that. Thank you for what was everything we had dreamed it would be. Without hesitation would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. 1600’s construction, modern kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and sitting areas, with a pool and view that you will never want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay. Even better than this home is its owner. Reilly was helpful throughout all of our planning. Even finding a last minute driver for my late arriving daughter. His activity and restaurant suggestions were spot on and he was a generous with his time. We hope to return often.

Good week in this house

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

I cannot recommend Villa Collombroso enough. We had such a wonderful 3+ week stay here with our two kids and family friends. Everyone was comfortable and at ease. We felt relaxed on the property and loved walking to see chickens. Everything was truly lovely and Taira and Gina made our experience excellent. We had a private meal cooked by Taira and did pizza making which were some of the best experiences! We enjoyed having a rental car and the access to drive into Orvieto easily but also quick day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, and Lago Trasimeno. We used the train to get easily into Rome, Florence, and Venice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Villa Febea is the most magical place, perfect for a large family gathering and celebration. It is gorgeous, comfortable, practical and in a great location. We were given first-class treatment and felt at home and well taken care of. We were given guidance and advice on the planning of our stay over the course of many months, so when we arrived at the villa, everything fell into place perfectly. The owners offer a large selection of services and excursions and can help with just about anything. We had fantastic dinners organized for us at the villa, and we highly recommend the pasta making class followed by dinner, which was one of many highlights. We loved the place, the staff and our whole experience. A holiday and celebration to remember forever!

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

Manfredi was the best host possible! We truly enjoyed every second with our family. At first the location was difficult to find, but thanks to his excellent and rapid responses we could find the house easily! The house is even more beautiful in person, the photos don’t do justice to the sheer beauty of the property and the surroundings. A must visit when in the region! We loved our time here. We were greeted by Marco’s parents who didn’t speak English but we were able to communicate just fine. The villa is in a beautiful, peaceful area & we enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio every day. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable, plenty of kitchen equipment and lots of space. Marco’s parents were so kind and welcoming. The location is great for a home base in Tuscany with a car. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back. Charlotte’s house is charming and comfortable with a personal feel and it is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Whilst initially cold, Florence, who organises guests’ arrival etc, quickly rectified the situation. We enjoyed the quiet location and the lovely rural outlook whilst still being close to surrounding towns and villages. Florence was very helpful and responsive.

An Unforgettable Stay with the Best Host Ever! Flaminia is truly the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

It is an absolutely stunning place to be. The house is beautiful, the view amazing and the pool area an absolut dream! :-) We had the best weekend with friends there and everyone loved it. Felt like straight out of a Mamma Mia movie sitting there under the trees having breakfast or dinner. 10/10
