Excellent stay. This place was massive with everything you could want. It was hard to leave. Such a great host who was very kind and responsive. Steep drive-way is not an understatement but the host was happy to help us with our bags when we arrived and left. Beautiful location, felt like a vintage resort. Would stay here again!

We had the pleasure of staying at Fabrizios place for 4 nights. We felt right at home and we even received some wine and sweets as a welcome gift. Clean house + freshly washed towels. The pool is very nice and gets cleaned regularly - we also want to mention the nice behaviour of the host throughout our stay. Great place to have some great Bbq‘s at home - we would love to come back.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus direkt am Meer. Es war alles vorhanden um mit 7 Personen kochen zu können. Lediglich mit den Liegen war es etwas schwierig. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Dieser Urlaub war Erholung pur. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf Pool und Meer (und auch aus dem Wohnzimmer heraus mit Panorama-Fenster) macht süchtig! Zwei Badezimmer war eine schöne Überraschung. Wichtige Dinge wie Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strände sind mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Und ja, der Esel auf dem Nachbargrundstück ist noch da und wünscht sich Karotten, Gurken und einen gelegentlichen Apfel. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben gute Tipps. Wir würden die Villa Rovelle gern wiederbesuchen.

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views of the sea! Easy access to a private beach with great snorkeling. A public pebble beach, restaurant and grocery store was within a few minutes drive. It was a perfect stay with a great host - we hope to come again!

Nous recommandons cette halte, proche de Palerme, au logement pratique et fonctionnel, pour 2 couples et un bébé de 15 mois, dans un environnement d'un magnifique jardin et d'une remarquable piscine. Un havre de paix à deux pas de Mondello ☀️ Maria m’a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse. Elle prend le temps de partager ses conseils, aussi bien pour découvrir les sites incontournables que pour profiter des commerces de quartier. Son accueil chaleureux fait vraiment la différence. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, très confortable, et la climatisation y est un vrai atout, surtout en été! Les deux terrasses offrent un espace de vie extérieur exceptionnel. J’ai même eu la chance d’admirer un feu d’artifice depuis l’une d’elles le dernier soir. Ce logement est aussi idéalement situé : proche de la plage sans en subir l’agitation. Un parfait équilibre entre tranquillité et proximité. Je recommande sans hésitation !! On se dit souvent que les 5 étoiles sont trop belles pour être vraies… et pourtant, Maria les mérite toutes. Un grand merci ☺️

We had a beautiful time in the apartment - we loved the views and the kitchen was well equipped for homemade meals! It was a shame we had to take our rubbish so far, and some surfaces in the kitchen didn’t feel clean. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

Lorenzo was very kind and discreet but always available if needed. The accommodation is more than adequate for a holiday stay with beautiful outdoor terraces and swimming pool with great views overlooking the sea. We did not have a car but a local bus is just a few minutes away for Cefalu. Beach is in walking distance. I would highly recommend if one is seeking a peaceful holiday

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Wir durften 2 Wochen in Danieles Villa verbringen. Daniele ist ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber und hat uns super empfangen und gute Tipps gegeben. Alles war sauber und für uns perfekt. Ruhig und privat. Toll ist die Nähe zum Meer, es sind wirklich nur ein paar Meter und der Strand ist schön ruhig und nicht überlaufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und nah an der Autobahn für mögliche Ausflüge. Danke Daniele.

We absolutely loved our stay, the views from the property are stunning with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine in. Being in a nature reserve means it’s really private and a great place to relax. It’s slightly outside of Cefalù but an easy 15 minute drive into town so perfect for escaping other tourists. The AirBnB had everything we needed and we really felt at home in it throughout our stay. The outdoor kitchen is amazing! Antonio is the perfect host and was extremely helpful and welcoming, I would 100% recommend this as a place to stay.

We hebben al heel wat Airbnb-verblijven gehad, maar dit was met stip het allerbeste ooit. Als gezin voelden we ons hier meteen thuis — en dat is zeldzaam. Alles klopte: het huisje was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, volledig uitgerust en perfect afgestemd op wat wij nodig hadden. Van aankomst tot vertrek verliep alles moeiteloos, in volledige privacy en met precies de juiste balans tussen contact en ruimte. Het zwembad was heerlijk — een fantastische plek om te ontspannen en echt te genieten van het buitenleven. En de tuin… wat een werk moet dat zijn om te onderhouden, maar het resultaat is verbluffend. Zo verzorgd, zo mooi. Het draagt enorm bij aan de rust en sfeer van de plek. Martina heeft aan alles gedacht. De sfeer, de voorzieningen, de rust… Het voelde bijna te mooi om waar te zijn. We vonden het oprecht moeilijk om afscheid te nemen, en dat zegt veel. Een plek als deze is zeldzaam. We komen hier met alle liefde terug.

L'appartamento è ampio e confortevole, ottimo per un gruppo come il nostro di 16 persone. Si sta tutti insieme ma ognuno ha la sua camera. Ci sono 5 bagni, essenziali quando si è in molti. La veranda chiusa a pannelli in vetro e circondata dal verde del giardino è un vero gioiello, fare colazione lì ti fa cominciare bene la giornata. Fornito di tutto persino di uno speaker Alexa. Luca ha pensato a tutto, persino a rifornirci di acqua,latte, caffè, biscotti e quant'altro per un ottima colazione per tutti. È stato gradevole e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione a Mondello, a pochi minuti dal centro di Palermo e vicino ai locali del mare. Tutto perfetto, consigliato anche per soggiorni lunghi. Grazie Luca per l'ospitalità!

Vi var 6 voksne og to børn. Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Huset er rummelig og veludstyret. Der er et dejligt udendørsområde med den god pool, som både voksne og børn nød meget. Soveværelserne er store og veludstyrede. To med adgang til en balkon med en smuk udsigt. Huset var rent og pænt og værten var meget hjælpsom.

Patrizia's villa is beautifully located in Altavilla Milica. It is the perfect place for a family to spend a week in Sicily. As it says in the description, you need a car, but then you have places like Palermo, Cefalu, and Castellammare del Golfo within your reach. If you don't like to drive, you can hang out by the villa pool and just enjoy the surroundings. Patrizia was a very warm and friendly host who gave us great tips and information. I highly recommend staying at this place.

Great host and beautiful villa! We felt at home. Giuseppe surprised us one day by bringing us homemade Cannoli. We recommend renting a car if you are staying here as local taxis and transfers will cost you more than renting a car. Place and host 10/10. Full recommendation! Love you Giuseppe! xoxo

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

Excelent accueil de Valeria, qui a toujours été disponible et nous a aidé pour la reservation d'un taxi pour les enfants.Tres bel emplacement tres sécurisé dans un lotissement privé ,sur veillé par un gardien 24 h sur 24 .il faut une voiture bien sur et l'on peut la garer sans probleme devant la maison (c'est safe).jardin magnifique et belle piscine qui chauffe bien car meme en avril nous en avons profité. appartement bien agencé en sous sol de la maison avec une zone de terrasse privative, c'est effectivement pas tres lumineux pour les deux chambres du fond mais tout est tres propre et l'appartement bien equipé. la localisation est pratique pour visiter palerme, mondello est tres proche à 5 mn en voiture et l'aeroport à 20 mn en voiture ce qui est pratique pour le depart.

Antonio and Laura's airbnb was absolutely superb. We were given instructions to first meet in Balestrate town and from there we were guided to Antonio's home which was a nice touch. We arrived and the photos do not do it justice. What a spectacular view and so peaceful despite being about 1km above the main town. The hot tub with that view was stunning. And the complimentary wine was such a lovely touch. We had everything we needed, fresh towels, cutlery, washing up utensils etc. Antonio was a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations for our travels. He recommended La Vucciria in Palermo, the Erice-Trapani cable car, San Vito Lo Capo beach which were all within 60/90 mins of the house. It was a perfect location. He also recommended Scala de Turchi (which was on our way to our next airbnb destination). All of these suggestions were incredible. Not only that Antonio gave us fresh lemons from his garden and some pastries. A real gentleman. Thank You.

We had the most amazing time at this wonderful house in Alcamo. The property was excellent for our family of four (two adults, two children). it was spacious, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean from both levels. You’ll need a car, which will give you access to the wonderful surrounding area. I must give our compliments to the wonderful hosts who did everything to make our stay special, including a birthday cake for a family member :) We highly recommend it!

Excellent stay in this very stylish house. We loved the views and had an amazing time next to the swimminpool. We missed a couple of things in the house such as a smart tv with netflix, good wifi and space for groceries in the kitchen. But after our feedback I believe this will be solved immediately for the next guests. I would definitely recommend this place!

Linda moradia cheia de personalidade com espaço interior e exterior incrível, até parece melhor na realidade do que nas fotos. Os arredores e as vistas são excelentes. A moradia também oferece privacidade. Divertimo-nos imenso e então com a piscina linda "infinita" com uma vista maravilhosa... O centro de Balestrate fica a cerca de 5 minutos de carro e há muitos restaurantes e bares, se quiser comer fora. O espaço exterior da moradia é definitivamente ótimo para ficar em casa. Adorámos tudo! Obrigado uma vez mais!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. It was spotlessly clean, with a generous provision of towels, a well-kept pool, and great amenities throughout. Jessica was incredibly helpful and always available if we needed anything. We celebrated two birthdays during our stay, and Jessica went above and beyond by surprising us with a dessert cake—it was such a thoughtful gesture that made our time there truly unforgettable. We’re so grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
