Beautiful place. Worthy of a 2-3 day stay. Barbara goes out of her way to help her guests. I highly recommend this location.

For those who love tranquility, this is a fantastic place, a location directly on the sea with private parking inside, and a mega terrace with the possibility of sunbathing.

we loved our stay at here! it's a truly beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Palermo, many attractions and great bars within a short walk. the terraces are just a dream, we spent a lot of time just enjoying the space. Valentina was very responsive and helpful: there was some construction and scaffolding that went up on the facade of the building during our stay, and she checked in with us to make sure it was ok. would absolutely recommend staying here! just be prepared for the 4 very steep and narrow flights of steps: wasn't too much of an issue for us but it is quite a climb if you have any kind of mobility issues.

Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. We loved our stay here. It had the most incredible view that we didn’t want to leave. Super easy access to the beach and the cable car into the town centre. Recommend staying here over Taormina as it’s away from the tour groups and craziness so it is really peaceful but easy to get to town for dinner etc. The rooms and kitchen all looked over the ocean, were clean and well maintained. Pietro was an excellent host and made everything simple. Even had a beautiful antipasti platter for us on arrival. Would visit again!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Cefalù! The location couldn’t be better — just 30 seconds from the beach (bed rental was €30 for the day) and surrounded by great restaurants and local charm. The apartment was exactly as described, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Be aware there’s a steep flight of stairs to reach the apartment, but the view from the balcony more than makes up for it. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to soak up the best of Cefalù!

Tina is a very kind host. She met us at the port and accompanied us to the car rental. On the way to the accommodation, we have already received many good recommendations for sights, restaurants and more. The accommodation is very quiet, is in impeccable condition and has a fantastically beautiful view. However, the access is challenging. Our small rental car seriously pushed the slope to its limit with 2 people and luggage (older Fiat 600)

The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area, we loved the view and the outside space! Definitely recommend if you want to lay back and relax. Many thanks to Antonio who picked us up from the port and back.

Our captains house looked over the Mediterranean Sea with volcanic islands and busy boats. Having a full kitchen enhanced our 8 day stay as we were able to avail ourselves of the local fishmonger. Butcher, bakery and the wonderful fresh produce. Close to everything yet private. Recommended for a long stay. Santa Marina has great swimming options - ladders directly into the water as well as pebbly beaches. There are local buses to other towns and nearby walks. Great restaurants.

Roberto was a great host and helped us get settled nicely once we got to Sicily. He answered any questions we had and gave us a list of restaurants, beaches and tours before we got there. He also helped book us a taxi to his apartment. The apartment is next to the grocery store and all the shops and restaurants which was very convenient. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone to stay there.

Terrific staff and host!

Marco and Antonio were amazing hosts, the place is tucked away but an informative YouTube video that Antonio provided was super easy to follow and then Marco met us on the beach to let us in. The place is amazing and immaculately decorated with a super comfy bed. The location is just perfect and peaceful and the beach is gorgeous for a relaxing beach day. There are many lovely restaurants down in Mazzarò but it’s very easy to reach the cable car and travel up to Taormina. It was lovely to hear the live singer from the hotel next to us in the evenings when we sat out on the balcony. It may not be suitable for those with limited mobility and there were quite a few stairs involved in getting to the apartment.

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! We had a great time at Roberto's place! The accommodation is spacious and functional. The environment is quiet. The terrace is also spacious and overlooks a marina. The accommodation is in the immediate vicinity of a pretty beach (with views of Tindari and the Aeolian Islands), a restaurant and a supermarket which is very convenient with young children. We really appreciated Roberto's flexibility, who welcomed us very warmly despite our delay, and his valuable recommendations. Thank you Roberto!

Had a wonderful stay, perfect!

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

My husband and I, with our one year old, had an amazing time at Dario's! His apartment was pristine, so tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. Location wise - could not be better! We are already discussing when we will return. We could not recommend this more!

Absolutely loved Giovanni’s place in Palermo. - one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The apartment was even better than the pictures, so spacious with super high ceilings and huge windows that let in tons of natural light. It felt really warm and welcoming, and it was the perfect place to come back to after a day out in the chaos of Palermo. The apartment had everything we needed, whether you’re staying for just a few days or longer. Communication was smooth and easy from the start, and Cristina, who met us to check in, was lovely and super friendly with lots of great local tips. The location was great, very central but also felt safe and comfortable. The building itself is really well maintained, with a beautiful lobby and even a doorman. And it has an elevator which was a nice bonus for all of our luggage. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Palermo!

Our stay in Alessandro’s apartment was perfect. We had a warm welcome from his mother Giusy that took us to the apartment. The place was in a very quiet neighborhood with a local supermarket just around the corner. The three air conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen/dining area) were a deal breaker. Also the private parking space (with an extra fee) just a few minutes away made our stay easier and we had peace of mind regarding the safety of our car. Alessandro was always responding within a few minutes and we thank him for making our stay in Palermo such a beautiful experience.
