If you are looking for a peaceful oasis as a home base to explore the southern Tyrol region - this could be just the place. Situated in the hills above Mölten this beautiful appointed home is perfect for a couple or a young family. The yard provides several peaceful corners to relax and read a book. It is located near unlimited recreational opportunities with trail heads a short walk from the driveway and many just a 30 to 40 minute drive away. Our host greeted us upon arrival and was very gracious and friendly. We would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a little seclusion in a beautiful natural surrounding. We had a memorable stay.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

12/10 points are set! A great place to stay that is furnished with a lot of love for detail and is well equipped. Verena and Martin are great hosts who not only spoil their guests with great apricot jam (made by grandma), but also give tips for activities/tours at any time. Terlan is an excellent starting point for a varied vacation between Merano-Bolzano-Trento and the Dolomites. We felt very comfortable and look forward to another visit to Terlan.

Bright sunny apartment with a large well- equipped terrace and a heautiful view where we were able to eat all our meals. Kitchen has been very thoughtfully stocked with utensils, including kettle, toaster and microwave. The weather was hot, and the washing machine was a bonus. Eppan is a very nice town and hosts left a wide selection of information to help make the most of it. Sonia and Michele were friendly and available hosts, and we would most certainly stay again. Lovely place!

We truly enjoyed our stay – without exaggeration, this was one of the most relaxing and restorative vacations we’ve ever had. We had our own little garden and complete privacy, yet at the same time it was a real pleasure to interact with Petra and Sebastian, who regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. A big thank you for the lovely surprises and thoughtful gifts for us and our dogs – it meant a lot! Our dogs were absolutely happy and free, enjoying the garden. The apartment is cozy, authentically decorated, and has everything you need. Even during the hottest days, it stayed pleasantly cool inside, which was especially nice. We slept really well, thanks to the comfortable bed and pillows. The location is quiet and incredibly beautiful, surrounded by mountains – a perfect place to unwind. If you’re visiting South Tyrol for the first time, just keep in mind that roads in this region can be quite narrow, especially in small towns. Thank you!

Marcos apartment was phenomenal for our family with 2 young children. The space is larger than it looks in the photos and is laid out very well. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 showers was wonderful. The patio has a beautiful view of the valley towards Bolzano. Retractable blackout window covers allow the rooms to stay dark despite early sunrise in the summer. Very close to Soprabolzano but also easy drive to other places. Marcos parents live in the apartment below and were very nice and fun to talk with despite our poor Italian.

The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired, quiet and yet in the middle of Lana. Very nice apartment with very best furnishings, it has everything you need. Especially at this accommodation Petra is the landlady, the very best tips, homemade sweets and the very loving personality make the stay a beautiful experience. Thank you for letting us stay. We can highly recommend this place and without reservation.

Super nice location, quiet but 15 minutes to the city by car. Very nice farm, many animals (especially the baby cats have crept into our hearts).

We enjoyed our stay at the property! We felt right at home upon arrival – everything was super clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped for a holiday with a toddler and dog. The host was warm, helpful and always available if questions arose. It was all very straightforward and pleasant. The surroundings were also great – quiet, family-friendly and with beautiful walking paths right outside the door. We enjoyed the time together very much and would come back anytime. A very clear recommendation for families who want to travel with children and dogs!

We spent nice, quiet days in Nals as a family. Everything was easy to find and the hosts were always available. Maria's restaurant guide was also helpful.

We spent 5 nights in a beautiful apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. It was the best apartment we've ever stayed in. From the impeccable cleanliness, to the fantastic view from the balcony, to the extraordinarily warm hospitality of the hosts, everything fits here. The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
