Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et agencée. la literie est confortable. nous avons passé un excellent séjour. la vue de la terasse est incroyable et le quartier très calme. la plage en bas à 2 min en voiture somptueuse. Giuliana a été super réactive et nous a accueilli au pied levé. au plaisir d un prochain sejour

Che dire… Lasciamo questa piccola perla di casa immersa nelle campagne del Nord Sardegna con le lacrime agli occhi. Il soggiorno a Sos Giajos è stata un’esperienza a 360 gradi, oltre una semplice vacanza. Qui abbiamo vissuto in perfetta sintonia con la natura, il distacco completo dal caos, dalla movida, dai rumori e dall’inquinamento luminoso. Questa splendida casetta è dotata di tutti i confort necessari (e anche di più) per trascorrere spensierati giorni di vacanza in un territorio ricco di caratteristiche da esplorare a pochi km. Ultimo, ma non per importanza, un encomio caloroso e amichevole a Baldassare: il perfetto padrone di casa! Ci ha accolti con la massima disponibilità ed è stato a nostro supporto durante tutto il soggiorno. L’amore e la cura con cui gestisce la sua casa traspaiono in tutto quanto abbiamo apprezzato, dalle mura della casa stessa, alla manutenzione quotidiana di piscina e verde. Complimenti a Baldassare per l’amore che diffonde per la Sua Terra. A presto❤️

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Si nous pouvions mettre une note de 10 sur 5, nous le ferions sans hésiter . Nous pouvions rien demander de plus, l’hébergement est juste parfait. Daniele est tellement sympathique et réactif. Rien n’a redire.

L’host è stato super disponibile per tutta la permanenza dando consigli su cosa visitare e come muoverci. La casa molto bella e curata e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Il paese non è sul mare ma lo si raggiunge facilmente con 10 minuti di macchina, inoltre è in una posizione che rende facile visitare diverse città spostandosi di poco. In generale super consigliato come alloggio se si vuole fare una vacanza in queste zone

Die Wohnung haben wir vor allem wegen des Whirpools und der Aussicht gemietet. Hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht! Es war einfach ein Traum den Tag in diesem zu beginnen und zu beenden. Die Temperatur des Whirlpools war im April bei 20*C Lufttemperatur für uns absolut in Ordnung und nicht zu kalt und die 37*C des Whirlpools wurden über mehrere Stunden gehalten. Absolut positiv zu erwähnen ist die freundliche proaktive Art von Christian, was ihn definitiv zu einem Superhost macht. Seine Tips, welche Strände und Restaurants wir besuchen sollten, hat diesen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht, da wir in kurzer Zeit die atemberaubenden Hightlights der Umgebung besuchen konnten! Siamo arrivati un pò prima del previsto ma Peola ci ha accolti in modo impeccabile, la casa era perfettamente come descritta in mezzo al verde, al silenzio e molto comoda alla spiaggia. Quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni abbiamo avuto risposte immediate ed esaustive. Abbiamo passato un ottimo periodo di relax.

Letizia est une hôte charmante, super gentille et très disponible. L’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui aiment le calme, la nature et le rustique. Ces recommandations nous ont permis d’exploiter parfaitement notre temps. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Wow!!! What an amazing stay! It was an incredible oasis (making you feel like you are out in the countryside), but you are actually within walking distance to town. Caterina was the best host that we have ever stayed with, and was so warm and friendly - we immediately felt so welcomed! Her daughter showed our daughter how to feed the goats and check the chicken eggs - what an incredible experience and memory. The home itself was clean and comfortable - we really felt at home. This house and property made our trip to Alghero one that we will never forget!

Wir waren mit unserem Hund in der Unterkunft und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Der Garten ist nicht komplett eingezäunt, was völlig ok ist. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft und lädt dazu ein auch Zeit in der Unterkunft zu geniessen. Das Meer hat man direkt vor der Nase aber keinen Zugang aus der Unterkunft dazu. Roberto war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich mehrfach nach unseren Wohlbefinden erkundigt.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Uns hat besonders die schöne Terrasse gefallen. Es war toll draußen Essen und verweilen zu können. Das Appartment ist frisch renoviert und äußerst gut ausgestattet, allen voran die Küche mit vielen Küchenutensilien. Ein kleines Highlight waren die beiden freundlichen Katzen - so süß! Die Lage ist sehr gut um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind einfach wunderbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Pino, Silvana und Marco waren sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Francesca et son mari ont eu un accueil très chaleureux. Le logement en pleine nature, au calme dans un écrin de roche, de pâture et de multiples fleurs est magnifique et plus encore. C'est ce que nous recherchions, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Die Unterkunft von Giovanni war sehr schön. Unbeschreiblich schön war der Blick von der Terasse. Beim Frühstück und am Abend im Sonnenuntergang hatte es jeweils eine ganz tolle Stimmung. Die Wohnung war sehr funktional und ordentlich. Für uns, als Familie zu Viert reisend mit zwei „großen“ Kindern (16/18) war die Wohnung perfekt. 3 Zimmer. Ausreichend Stauraum und Platz. Ein sehr großzügiger Außenbereich mit Tisch/ Stühlen/ Waschmaschine/ zwei Liegestühlen und mein Highlight eine sehr schöne Außendusche mit kalt/warmem Wasser. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ideal war auch der überdachte Schattenparkplatz für unser Auto. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Palau, zum Maddalena Archipel und für Ausflüge zu verschiedenen Stränden war ideal. Ein kleiner Markt in Porto Pollo und schöne Restaurants in Porto Pollo haben uns Urlaubserlebnis sehr positiv abgerundet. Giovanni hatte wertvolle Tipps für einen Ausflug zum Maddalena Archipel bzw. um ein Boot auszuleihen.

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Von Anfang an haben wir uns bei Maria und Stefano wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Check-In war früher, wie an sich vereinbart, möglich. Die beiden haben immer ein großes Interesse daran gehabt zu wissen, ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind. Von diversen Empfehlungen für Restaurants bis zu den Tipps, wie wir an welche Strände gelangen, auf Wunsch standen uns beide stets zur Seite. Besonders toll ist, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat und alle Schlafräume mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. Ausserdem eine offene Küche mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheit innen UND außen auf der schattigen Terrasse. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich wie in einem botanischen Garten. Das Anwesen liegt nah an einer zentralen Verkehrsanbindung, ist aber absolut ruhig, man wohnt mitten in einer riesigen Villen- bzw. Gartenanlage. Kurzum, es bleiben kaum Wünsche für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub übrig. Ein toller Familienurlaub mit den Kindern. Mille Grazie a Maria e Stefano.

Super schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ruhige Umgebung, bis auf eine Disco in weiter Entfernung. Supermarkt mit dem Auto in 10 Min. erreichbar. Schöne Strände in 3 Min. mit dem Auto. Unterkunft ideal für 2 Personen.

Paola‘s house has a breathtaking view from the huge terrace. We loved it very much and enjoyed our stay there immensely. Paola was very kind and helpful. She shared her favorite restaurants and even made the reservations for us. She also was very flexible with the check out, so we could relax a little more on our last day. It was very appreciatated.

Wij zijn drie nachten met vier volwassenen en 1 kind bij Gabriele gebleven. Wat een geweldig verblijf! Rustig, schoon en heerlijk zwembad om af te koelen.

Eine schöne und modern eingerichtet Ferienwohnung in einer Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns über den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war problemlos auch dank der guten Beschreibung durch Antonella im Vorfeld. Den Pool hatten wir die meiste Zeit für uns allein. Der große Strand ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 10 Autominuten entfernt.

Très bon séjour : nous avons été très bien accueillis, le logement est très propre et la vue très agréable. Je recommande.
