Karin’s home is really beautiful and a very special location. Lovely walks to enjoy and the views are beyond beautiful. The kids had a great time in the pool even though it was early autumn and with the pool solar heating it took the edge off. Surprisingly the kids did not complain about there being no TV. We had lots to do, games, walks, reading and exploring the area and local cafes. Worth a visit, we loved our stay!

Great place, large house with big separate rooms, beautiful views, lovely walking paths around the golf course and on the hiking trials. Dutton Cove great sea food restaurant nearby. Herold`s bay Beach is small drive away. Overall great value for money.

What a wonderful stay! From the 1st communication the checkout, everything was wonderful. We had a family of 14 from 8 years old to 83. The house swallowed us up. Pictures on here don't quite do it justice. A beautiful house that flows from the kitchen to the lounge to the deck to that amazing view right on the beach. It was perfect for our large family get together. We all had enough space to be together but crucially enough to be apart as well. It was very well equipped to cater for all of us. The setting of the house is just fantastic right on the best beach in SA but still walking distance to all that Wilderness has to offer. Finally I have to mention Elzette. My Mother of 83 had a fall just before our trip so was not very mobile. Elzette sent us all the info we needed before the trip and even helped by picking up mobility equipment from George for our arrival. Above and beyond! Any issues were immediately attended to with kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend! Thanks

Our principle contact was Jonathan who couldn’t have done more for us, a superb host who lives nearby. The property is well equipped throughout and located in a safe residential area just 200m from the estuary. We spent 24 wonderful days there. One point is that internal access to the upstairs is by a rather narrow spiral staircase which might not suit all ie elderly but for others ie children a point of excitement. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending both the property and hosts as a wonderful home to relax and unwind in. We’ve only found one other to match!

Amazing views. Extremely well equipped. Even better than my own home. Very modern and everything as described. Great host, Westley. The only negative is that is a quite steep road up from the center to the house so we took the car for going out to dinner although it is a close distance to some good restaurants. The beach was also beautiful and very few people when we visited in end of February. Wilderness is a charming little town.

Great place on the beach. Spacious and modern! Kitchen and living room well equipped and clean. Signal in Herold’s Bay overall isnt great, and slow Wifi and no cellular signal in main bedroom. Overall lovely stay, would return in a heartbeat!

Andries's place is by far our favorite place to stay at when we are in Hartenbos! Once again Andries went out of his way to not only make our stay enjoyable and memorable but his communication makes it so that you don't worry about anything. He makes it a stress free stay with his house fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. His house is immaculate and fully kitted out! This is our number 1 choice for our Hartenbos visits and we look forward to staying there again soon!

We had a wonderful stay in Gouritz, surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere and breathtaking ocean views. From the moment we entered the home, we were welcomed by a spectacular view of the sea that set the tone for a peaceful stay. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our time there comfortable and convenient. One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending lazy afternoons playing boardgames together. It was the perfect getaway for rest and quality time with our family. Thank you Rita.

We had a lovely stay. The proximity to George cbd is great yet you stay in a peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to others.

Watching the tide come in….watching it go out….so relaxing. Super weekend with baby, kids, grandparents and dog. Playing in the lagoon all day and enjoying the quiet splashes of the fish in the evenings. Thanks again Charles and Ryk

Our second time in the best location ever. The new renovations are just what the gem needed to make it more open. Especially the new covered deck in front overlooking the ocean with new built in braai. The best location because away from the main beach and so nice just to walk out the door with your surfboard under your arm and 1 minute later you are in the ocean. We will definitely be back very soon. Thanks a lot for and amazing week.

We would've loved to stay longer - beautiful place created with lots of love. Very well equipped, everything you need. Short walk to beautiful and quiet beach. Pizza from restaurant next door is fabulous. Will come back when in Wildernis again!

Not many places so petfriendly. All 5 our Frenchies (and a last minute cousin) was welcome. House is literally on the ocean, awsome walks with dogs on the beach. The best for me was the inside braai with big open sliding door and deck. Just perfect. O ja, and a very big plus also was the awsome bed linen, slept like a king with ocean right outside. We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House in Groot Brakrivier! The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Marya was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the beach, and we were spoiled with stunning views from every room. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind by the sea in a beautiful setting.

Amazing ocean views from several points in the house and on the balconies. Gas heated geysers, therefore, there's always warm water. Braai area in living room heats up the place well. Cell reception is spotty, no wifi which was a pro for us, a time to connect and converse.

Charlotte and Jimmy are lovely and caring hosts. We really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment is thoughtfully finished and equipped (the kitchen area has everything you need, even different herbs if you like to cook; a sun-umbrella, comfy beds, etc). We stayed here with our one year old toddler. Keep in mind: You definitely need a car to get around there, as it’s a living area only, no restaurants or bars (at least we didn’t see any).

We stayed for 3 nights, family of 6. Place was neat and clean, everything we required was available for our stay, Wesley was available at all times or communication and to advise if anything needed. Spacious house, bottom and top lounge areas and belcony was great for views of the ocean. Would highly recommend and be back when we in Mosselbay again. Thanks Wesley!

A great home away from home. Easy to find, big house with plenty of space, beautiful surrounds. Only stayed for two nights but would easily have stayed longer if we had the time. Friendly and helpful hosts.

amazing home. enough bathroom to cover the guests. we felt at home from the moment we walked in. we had 2 kids aged 3 and 4 and they fell in love, they wanted us to buy the house. beautiful well looked after home. we have been to a few homes before, but this one stole our heart. Simone your place was amazing and we will definitely be back. one can see this was once a family home and that is what makes it so special. we enjoyed the pool board. loved love love your house Simone. and to Susan, you were such a little gem, thank you for your kindness. we appreciate you. to anyone wanting to stay at Seester, definitely worth it. we regret not staying longer. we will be back xx
