Holiday rentals with a patio in Tepotzotlán

I stayed here for just one night, but it was a great experience. The space was unique and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. The location in Polanco was perfect—walking distance to tons of amazing restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in CDMX.

Karina is a fantastic and very responsive host. Her place is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathrooms are small, but well worth it for the fantastic location, well within an easy walk or a short Uber to much of what you will want to see. But the neighborhood in which it is located is its own attraction. You are surrounded by extraordinary colonial architecture with abundant attractions and excellent restaurants. And you have an ATM less than a block away and a pharmacy a little more than a block away. Mexico City is marvelous, but Katrina’s place contributed significantly to our enjoyment of our trip.

Location is ideal, walkable to everything and short uber to most anything else. Street noise wasn’t bad (though certainly a lively neighborhood), overall was everything we needed for our trip to CDMX this time.

An excellent host, very attentive to our needs. For example, we brought a medium-sized unit that was difficult to park in the place and he provided us with a parking lot with a neighbor very close and safe with very little cost (100 pesos). The house is an architectural and visual experience in itself. Very spacious. Very clean bathrooms and all bedrooms. Excellent towels and sheets. Definitely a place to enjoy internally and the views of the beautiful bedrooms.

I really liked the house, but above all, certain details that I usually pay a lot of attention to, which are: 1. The kitchen is tidy, the cutlery and everything in general is in good condition, everything that is required on a day-to-day basis is available 2. Comfortable pillows 3. Mr. Martin, who helps, is very kind and always attentive to what is required. This is a great added value 4. They keep the house in good condition and deliver it very clean In general, everything is very good. The only thing I recommend is to bring a large RAID to fumigate the rooms, although the bugs that come in from leaving the mosquito nets open are harmless.

Edith and Ivonne are and were exceptional. Before, during and at the end of our stay, they were the best. We not only enjoyed our stay in their wonderful villa, but it is also noticeable that they thought of the smallest detail from beginning to end. It's a pleasure to stay in properties like this. 100 out of 10. I'm sure we'll see each other very soon. Thank you very much!

Beautiful and spacious space. Great attention and location. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and utensils in good condition. There was also a first aid kit, very good wifi and TV with Netflix. 100% recommended!

Incredible place, it met and exceeded our expectations, to get there was super easy following Oscar's recommendations, the road was super quiet, very close to the Temixco spa, the area was super quiet, very comfortable to put the van, everything was impeccable, the whole house smelled very good and had all the amenities, great garden space, the grill, the pool water was unbeatable, delicious all the time, we had a storm and even after that the water was delicious, we will definitely return! Thank you so much for having us with our dogs!

We had an amazing stay at REN’s place. It felt comfortable and just like home. The unit was very spacious and clean. We also loved the decor choices. I would highly recommended others to stay here for their travels in CDMX.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.
