Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Tepeji del Río de Ocampo

It was my first time renting a house and it was a good experience, we all had a great time. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need, the bathrooms have hot water and the pool was still warm at night, plus it's not very deep. It's a great option to rest. The only difficulty we had was getting there, but that was out of the hosts' hands. They are excellent hosts, attentive and kind. We hope we were good guests :) I hope we can come back soon, thank you very much.

Perfect place for a weekend with family or friends. The house is very spacious and the garden is beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool and relaxed in the hammocks. Close to the center but at the same time away from the noise. We would definitely like to return, highly recommended!

The property is very large, it is in excellent condition, has many kitchen utensils and everything you need to bring your food and prepare it there. It has enough rooms and bathrooms that help maintain privacy at the time of bathing or dressing and with spacious common areas so that we can be together for lunch or desktop. The garden, barbecue area and pool helped us a lot, the caldera worked very well. Alberto (the manager) was on hand and available to help us all the time. The property is in a quiet village, without much to do in the area, but there is a very stocked shop where you can buy accessories to eat (but I suggest bringing the main things like meat, tortillas, etc). In short, we had a great time.

Getting here from Querétaro is quite simple and accessible. It is not necessary to go through long stretches of dirt road. The house is very nice and has a wonderful view. José Manuel was very attentive and kind. There is a town about 10-15 minutes away where you can buy basic things. The pool was a little cold, but by paying for the use of the boiler, we were able to enjoy it very well. We would definitely like to return.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful ranch! Jo was an excellent host—always responsive, friendly, and attentive. His father was equally exceptional, guiding us upon arrival and being incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The ranch itself is a hidden gem, offering stunning lake views and the company of beautiful, friendly horses. The entire community was so welcoming and warm, making our experience even more memorable. It was peaceful and exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. We only wish we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil, unforgettable experience. While the location may seem a bit challenging to navigate at first, it's actually quite manageable. I do suggest arriving during daylight hours, as it can be a little tricky at night. Thankfully, Jo and his father are always available to assist if needed. Overall, it’s a beautiful town with a rich history, and the ranch was the perfect escape! Can't wait to return!

I would definitely stay again, excellent service from Aliset and it is in a very quiet place and very close to the center of Tula, which makes mobility easier. Thank you very much for your hospitality 😊

From before booking Ana answered clearly and quickly the questions we had, which we really liked so we decided to book. When we arrived we got lost and in the same way it was guiding us and in the end it was super quick and easy to get to. The space is small but with everything you need and very clean to make the stay pleasant. At night it usually lowers the temperature, but there are enough blankets for you to sleep rich and warm. There is a shop below, so whatever you need is there for sure, without the need to relocate. In short, I would book again without hesitation, for the facilities and the very kind attention of Ana Rosario ✨ 10/10

Everything was quite good, we really felt at home , the place is very nice and comfortable, very good environment in terms of tranquility , it really met all expectations and would clearly occupy the stay again.

The accommodation is beautiful, we were very comfortable, we took advantage of the paddle tennis court, and we were grateful to have a very large kitchen, we found some waterfalls near the area where the house is located. Highly recommended

We stayed in the cabin to celebrate the new year and it was very comfortable and welcoming. Cathy is very friendly and always attentive to our questions, just like Don Juan. We liked the open space of the farm as we were able to play ball and tennis🎾 😁. It also has enough shower towels and cold blankets. Very close to the center... we walked hard. OPPORTUNITIES: maybe not charge for everything.. we felt a bit sorry not to do something that will cause us another charge. The amounts were not up to date for what we had to pay more for the heater, suggestion would be to include it in the total amount, since the total was not cheap for two days. The 60-inch 2000 TV didn't have HDMI, we couldn't use it more than how old fashioned the cable is. Wifi would be appreciated. Overall highly recommended!
