Excellent!!, the room is much better than the pictures because it is newly remodeled and very clean. I would recommend updating the photos in the listing. The response time is very good, always attentive, very kind at all times. The distance to the archaeological zone is 5 minutes and 3 minutes from downtown San Martin from the pyramids. It is easily accessible and matches the location of the app. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back, congratulations on the service! 👍

The apartment is in a quiet area, has nearby shops and the indispensable basics available. Israel was attentive and kind all the time, I definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay

The place met all our expectations, a little removed, but it is not a problem, since the road is safe, everything is very clean, it has everything you need (although more kitchen equipment as a blender would be helpful), and the owners are very kind and attentive at all times, 100% recommended.

Excellent host that don Fernando was attentive to every detail, plus the house is very comfortable, we enjoyed every corner of the place too much. We will definitely return to that wonderful place.

Overall, the place works great if you're traveling with a group of friends and looking for a place to stay for the night. If your intention is to enjoy a more comfortable experience, with luxury and everything you need to cook, I recommend bringing your own utensils as the place is not fully equipped in that regard. What is most appreciated is the privacy and independence it offers. Unlike other accommodations with many restrictions, here you can feel more free to organize your stay at your own pace, without that meaning it is a permissive or unattended space. You can get in or out when you decide and this is not a problem. Of course, it is important to note that it is a property in the process of construction, so some areas are still in black construction. There is also presence of insects, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Also, it is not so close to the center if you plan to move walking, although if you are driving, that makes things a lot easier.

Thank you for your hospitality on such short notice. There was plenty of room for our entire family of 11. We loved the walk and our adventure at the pyramids of Teotihuacan!

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had staying at an Airbnb in CDMX. It’s a gorgeous apartment with a peaceful and serene garden. It’s walkable to many cafes and restaurants and is safe. Highly recommend staying here again.

Great location at the hearth of Mexico City. The apartment is in very good condition. The hosts are super responsive to any of my questions and requests. During my stay, the only issue was that the building's elevator was not working. Hope this gets fix soon.

Very nice 3-day stay in this sweet apartment. The location is wonderful, just steps from all Condesa has to offer and its beautiful tree-lined streets. Mario and the team were wonderful with communication! Clean and spacious, and a large open kitchen. Wasn’t too loud for us at all, as they supply two nice fans which work well for white noise in a bustling part of the city. We appreciated the wonderful artwork, which was very original and felt more like home than a lot of Airbnbs. Thank you for a great stay!

The place is as shown in the photos, it is in a safe and very accessible area. Columba is a super host, always attentive and making sure everything was fine. The building's security staff also provided excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Mexico City's Roma Norte neighborhood. The location is fantastic -- stunning, vibrant, right on a gorgeous plaza, and super convenient. There are amazing restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and great bars all within walking distance or just a short Uber ride away. The apartment itself is stylishly decorated, cozy, and very comfortable -- truly a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Everyone we interacted with during check-in was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only thing to note is that there’s no air-conditioning. There were fans provided, which helped, but it was still a bit warm for us at night. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer sleeping in cooler temperatures. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting CDMX!

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful apartment with lovely decorations and all the necessary amenities. Adrián was proactive in communicating with us about check in and made sure he was around to let us in. He gave us tips and recommendations and was available for any questions we may have along the way. The apartment was off the main Street so very quiet but close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be staying here on our next visit to CDMX!
