Holiday home rentals in Tennessee River

Was upset at first because they informed us the day of our arrival that the hottub broke but they were very caring and accommodated us for it and took action to fix it right away. The only thing is make sure you bring extra supplies like garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. as they only supply one of each. Also lots of geese droppings walking down to water but goes with being on a lake. Make sure you check your GPS settings so it doesn't take you backroads, learned that one. No garage so vehicle gets very hot, sunshade helps and deck is hot, no umbrella for shade to sit out at table. Overall beautiful place and Gunner was pleasant and pleasure to deal with any issues we had.

The host called the day before to confirm everything with us . They also let us check in a little early and made our stay very enjoyable . The house was beautiful . The hill going down to the property and down to the lake were a little tough but it was beautiful and made it worth it all . We would stay again for sure .

We had another amazing trip. I can't ever say enough about Aaron beautiful home. I just keeps coming back. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to relax and unwind. This is the perfect place. Plenty of space both inside and outside. Aaron always been an amazing host.

This place was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space for the kiddos to run and play safely, good fishing, and all around great family place! We’ll definitely be staying again.

We loved staying here at Max’s place. The river is so calm and peaceful. The sunroom is an awesome spot to drink coffee and listen to the river and see the train go by. The hotubs are so fun and easy to use. The nearby hiking and rafting adventures are a must do. Definitely will be staying here again.

The home was lovely decorated, which gave it a homey feeling. The back porch was amazing experience... large table for when our family visited, comfortable seating, screened porch, fun lighting, ceiling fans. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of drawer space for our clothes. The kitchen was adequate. The purple irises bloomed while we were there... gorgeous!! TV worked great... lots of channels and apps. The backyard was very roomy and had a great firepit.

Our family had a fantastic time together at the house! First time for a family vacay we didn’t have the hustle and bustle of the “city”and it was great. It will definitely be one of our favorite times together! Also first AirBnB we stayed at that actually had ALL the things we needed, ie: soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Plenty of supplies.

I've never stayed in such a well appointed Airbnb as this one! The kitchen had small appliances I've never even SEEN, and more cooking/baking/dishes and pans than I've ever owned! The whole house was very clean, and beautifully decorated. The large ice maker was a plus. Lake was very responsive, and even offered to have her repair man come to reattach a simple door handle that fell off, which wasn't necessary! Can't think of a thing we were missing for our family long weekend, and wouldn't hesitate recommending this house to anyone wanting to be close to a marina and having all their needs met. Thanks Lake!

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at Robyn’s place . When I called she answered right away , helping us find places close to rent a boat, 🚤, to get groceries. The house was really nice and relaxing. We came to fish and the kids had an awesome time fishing and boating. Just an awesome time and thanks again Robyn, she even came to say goodbye 👋🏼 when we were leaving.

This is a great spot for a group to stay in Nashville! Great theme and a great space. Michael is an excellent host who is attentive and friendly, he made us feel right at home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay - we enjoyed staying there for our marriage retreat with our church

The Treehouse was a perfect and unique location for our family getaway. It fit our group of twelve easily for sleeping and was very spacious for daytime activities. We would happily stay at Tyler's place again!

Our stay started off rocky with a huge mix up by Airbnb but Wendy was super responsive and did everything in her power to get the conflict resolved and was super helpful and responsive. I would recommend Wendy’s place and would stay here again! It was the perfect location, super peaceful and a gorgeous neighborhood!

Had some AC issues when we got there but Robert was on top of it and got someone out there to fix it ASAP

We had everything we needed. There were plenty towels and large washer and dryer. Nice community to walk around but tight narrow streets. Not far from the lake and marina. The driveway entrance is tricky but we were able to back in the pontoon trailer, the left the boat at the marina. We had a nice time.

Van is a great host ! i booked his place last minute & when i had a problem & asked to check in early he said yes ! the home is absolutely beautiful ! so much space & privacy for my large family of 9, and space we didn't even use, i wish i could have stayed longer, the views are amazing!!! so clean & everything you could need was in the home, while out for a walk we met a neighbor who invited us on her property to see the view from the other side of the mountain, which was also beautiful ! i would 100% recommend this place & this host ! can't wait to stay again !!!

The space was warm and welcoming. Very short walk to coffee shop, ice cream store, shopping and restaurants. One bedroom had a private bath. Was quiet. Plan to return next year.
